We are profoundly saddened by the untimely passing of our Brother and Friend, Ribia Nich, this morning (06/12/25).

Hip-hop artist Nich Ribia, a resident of the Toon village (Nich Colony) of Yachuli, passed away early this morning, 06 December 2025, at around 9:30 AM, after a long and courageous fight against cancer.

Nich completed his 10th standard from St. John Bosco School, Yachuli. His struggle with illness began early- while in Class 7, he was diagnosed with muscle cancer, for which he underwent treatment and recovered.

However, during his 10th standard, shortly after his CBSE board exams, Nich was again diagnosed-this time with Stage-III lung cancer.

Despite battling cancer for 5-6 years, Nich remained determined and creatively driven until his health finally gave way.

He was a true talent and an irreplaceable Gem from Arunachal Pradesh.

Today the team AYPPSU is mournful to know your untimely demise, our prayers to the almighty God to give comfort to the bereaved family members to bear the irreparable pain.

AGENDA:
(1) Deliberation on the issue of encroachment of the Divisional Commissioner Office Land.

(2) To initiate immediate and collective action against such encroachment in the larger interest of the public and future generations.
