PRADHIR TALUKDAR MISLEADING WITH OLD VIDEOS OF HIS VISIT IN ARUNACHAL PRADESH / অরুণাচল প্রদেশ সফরের পুরনো ভিডিও দেখিয়ে বিভ্রান্তি ছড়াচ্ছেন প্রধীর তালুকদার
Yesterday, Pradhir Talukdar posted three videos about his visit to Arunachal Pradesh. This created an impression in social media that he is visiting Arunachal Pradesh in defiance of the announcement of the Arunachal Pradesh Chakma Youth Association (APCYA) that it will approach the Arunachal Pradesh government if any PCJSS leader including Rega Talukdar visits the state.
The members of Arunachal Pradesh Chakma Youth Association (APCYA) on the ground immediately verified including at Subansiri and found that Pradhir Talukdar has not visited Arunachal Pradesh recently. These are old videos being shared to mislead the Chakmas all over the world.
The APCYA reiterates that if Pradhir Talukdar or any member of the PCJSS with Bangladeshi passports or forged Indian documents visits Arunachal Pradesh, the APCYA shall intervene with the Arunachal Pradesh government to take legal action against illegal entry. The APCYA has been forced to take such drastic measures because of the formation of the Arunachal Pradesh Deprived Peoples Front (APDPF) by the PCJSS in the past, continuing efforts of the PCJSS to create division among the Chakmas and Hajongs by funding misguided Chakma youths of Arunachal Pradesh and social media campaign from Bangladesh and further the PCJSS posing a serious threat to national security as the PCJSS can still create Chakma armed groups to disturb Arunachal Pradesh.
APCYA once again appeals to Chakma travellers, especially from Bangladesh, to not travel with Pradhir Talukdar, Metta Tours & Travels or any PCJSS leaders to Arunachal Pradesh. In case of any administrative and legal action taken for visiting with them, the APCYA shall not be responsible.
গতকাল প্রধীর তালুকদার অরুণাচল প্রদেশ সফর নিয়ে তিনটি ভিডিও সামাজিক মাধ্যমে পোস্ট করেন। এর ফলে সামাজিক মাধ্যমে সবাই ভাবছিল যে তিনি অরুণাচল প্রদেশ চাকমা যুব সমিতি (APCYA)-এর ঘোষণাকে অমান্য করে অরুণাচল প্রদেশে সফর করছেন। উল্লেখ্য, APCYA পূর্বে ঘোষণা দিয়েছিল যে, প্রধীর তালুকদার @ রেগা তালুকদারসহ পার্বত্য চট্টগ্রাম জনসংহতি সমিতি (PCJSS)-এর কোনো নেতা অরুণাচল প্রদেশে প্রবেশ করলে তারা অরুণাচল প্রদেশ সরকারের মাধ্যমে হস্তক্ষেপ করবে।
এসব ভিডিও আসার পর, APCYA-এর মাঠপর্যায়ের সদস্যরা তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে সুবনছড়ি সহ বিভিন্ন স্থানে যাচাই-বাছাই করে নিশ্চিত হন যে, প্রদীর তালুকদার সম্প্রতি অরুণাচল প্রদেশে যাননি। তিনি যে ভিডিওগুলো প্রচার করেছেন, সেগুলো পুরোনো ভিডিও - যা বিশ্বব্যাপী চাকমাদের বিভ্রান্ত করার উদ্দেশ্যে পুনরায় প্রচার করা হচ্ছে।
APCYA পুনরায় স্পষ্ট করে জানাচ্ছে যে, প্রদীর তালুকদার অথবা বাংলাদেশি পাসপোর্ট কিংবা জাল ভারতীয় নথিপত্র ব্যবহারকারী PCJSS-এর কোনো সদস্য অরুণাচল প্রদেশে প্রবেশ করলে, তাদের অবৈধ প্রবেশের বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের জন্য APCYA অরুণাচল প্রদেশ সরকারের মাধ্যমে হস্তক্ষেপ করবে।
অতীতে PCJSS-এর মদদপুষ্ট অরুণাচল প্রদেশ ডিপ্রাইভড পিপলস ফ্রন্ট (APDPF)-এর কর্মকাণ্ড, চাকমা ও হাজং জনগোষ্ঠীর মধ্যে বিভেদ সৃষ্টির ধারাবাহিক প্রচেষ্টা, অরুণাচল প্রদেশের কিছু বিভ্রান্ত চাকমা যুবককে অর্থায়ন, বাংলাদেশ থেকে পরিচালিত সামাজিক মাধ্যমভিত্তিক প্রচারণা এবং PCJSS-এর কার্যকলাপ জাতীয় নিরাপত্তার জন্য গুরুতর হুমকির জন্য PCJSS-কে অরুণাচল প্রদেশে প্রবেশ করতে দিতে পারে না। কারণ, PCJSS এখনও অরুণাচল প্রদেশে অস্থিতিশীলতা সৃষ্টির লক্ষ্যে চাকমাদের নিয়ে সশস্ত্র গোষ্ঠী গঠনের সক্ষমতা রাখে।
APCYA পুনরায় বিশেষভাবে বাংলাদেশ থেকে আগত চাকমা ভ্রমণকারীদের প্রতি আহ্বান জানাচ্ছে যে, তারা যেন প্রদীর তালুকদার, মেট্টা ট্যুরস অ্যান্ড ট্রাভেলস (Metta Tours & Travels) অথবা PCJSS-এর কোনো নেতার সঙ্গে অরুণাচল প্রদেশে ভ্রমণ না করেন। যদি তাদের সঙ্গে ভ্রমণের কারণে কোনো প্রশাসনিক বা আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হয়, তবে তার জন্য APCYA কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না।
