Hollongi Chakmas Deserve Apology Today, Not Briefing On SIR. The briefing on SIR is usesless - the BLO conducting SIR today at Kokila.

APCSU (Drishyamuni /Atul faction) supported the Hollongi scamsters and advocated Hollongi victims to be cut off as "CANCER". Hollongi victims and Chakmas deserve PUBLIC apology for the APCSU today and the APCSU must condemn the Hollongi scamsters and their public boycott at Hollongi itself today. If the APCSU leaders do not do these, you know they are still with the Hollongi scamsters. Last night, Bijay Ranjan Chakma sponsored a grand party for the APCSU leaders.

Legal Awareness Programmes - Is Santu Larma funding APCSU (Atul) leaders travel to Arunachal Pradesh?

After the awareness meeting yesterday at Diyun circuit house where less than 100 people participated, many people from Diyun called us thinking we organised the programme.

They scolded us for misusing funds and taking money from J.B.Santu Larma. They asked us the following questions:

1. Have Atul Chakma and Amalendu Chakma become so rich that they announced their programmes on 16 June and reached Diyun on 18 June to attend the meeting on 19 June? Only on 16 June, APCSU (Atul) faction declared their programme at Circuit House on 19 June. It means President Atul Chakma had to flew from Delhi and Amalendu Chakma had to fly flew from Bangalore after purchasing last minute expensive tickets.

2. Has J.B.Santu Larma funded these awareness programmes? After the visit of the Arunachal Pradesh State Human Rights Commission and others, only the Santu's mouth pieces Rik Babu and Sawpan Chakma posted videos and photos criticising the trip? Have Atul Chakma and Amalendu Chakma were sent by Santu Larma to counter the visit?

3. Are we misusing the funds given for the RPC case for organising these useless awareness meetings?

We replied that we are not the ones who are organising this programme.

But the APCSU (Atul) faction must give all accounts including making bank statements public to show that there is no funding from Santu Larma and there is no misuse of the RPC funds.

Gradually, the truth is coming out. Lawyers will argue when they are asked to argue by clients. But the client must know when to call whom. These cases have become an excuse to misinform Chakmas about the status. Chakmas are poor and they suffer like this.

What can you expect from Drishyamuni Chakma constituted inquiry? He made joint statement with Hollongi scam prime accused Bijoy Ranjan Chakma. We all know about his role in the Hollongi scam. No account of Non-Cooperation Movement. No accounts of RPC rally. No accounts of APCSU. And when someone raises voice for justice, this is the way they officially silence.
