> The Jirpo Chingri Music Society extends its deepest apologies to every single contestant and audience member regarding the unfortunate and significant sound system technical difficulties that plagued our singing competition last night.
> We understand how much time, effort, and passion you poured into preparing for this event, and we are truly sorry that technical issues prevented you from performing and enjoying the competition as smoothly as we (and you) had planned. This is not the standard we aim for, and we are very disappointed that we could not replicate the smooth ex*****on of last year's event.
> Please know that we are taking immediate and serious action to pinpoint the exact cause of the failure and put measures in place to guarantee that our equipment and technical support will be robust and reliable for all future events.
> Thank you again for your enthusiasm and understanding. We hope this unfortunate incident won't overshadow the spirit of music and talent you all brought to the stage.
