As part of the Pre Children’s Day celebrations, the Inner Wheel Club of Dimapur, in collaboration with the Contemporary Foundation of Art and Craft, organized a Mega Art Festival and Art Exhibition.

Over 500 enthusiastic students participated in the event, competing across eight groups. A total of 184 prizes (23 per group) were awarded, recognizing exceptional artistic talent and creativity.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Shri Chanduji Agarwal and Guest of Honour Swami Chinmayananda Ji, whose presence added great value to this celebration of art, culture, and imagination.

The program was successfully conducted under the guidance of Project Chairman Khushboo Agarwal and co chairman Shobha Jain

IWC Dimapur celebrated Children’s Day with the special children of Little Angels Home, Duncan Basti.
It was a truly heart-warming experience as the children expressed their happiness and love so openly. We distributed T-shirts and snacks, and also cut a cake with them. The children danced beautifully, adding joy and energy to the celebration.
The smiles on their faces made the entire visit memorable for all of us.
The project was sponsored by Nidhi Modi.

The beneficiaries expressed happiness and satisfaction, reflecting the true spirit of service.

Under the theme “ *Khushiyon Ka Karwan”,* the Inner Wheel Club of Dimapur has taken up an ongoing project for this year — distribution of food coupons to the needy.
These coupons, from a fixed hotel, are sponsored each month by members whose birthdays fall in that month, reflecting their compassion and spirit of sharing happiness. Every month, around 30 food coupons are distributed, bringing smiles and satisfaction to many faces.

The Inner Wheel Club of Dimapur, in collaboration with the Rotary Club, organized a Health Camp at Singrijan High School. The camp included free medical consultation, health check-ups, Sugar testing and medicine distribution for the local community.
Doctors from various specialties — ENT, Pediatrics, Skin, Orthopedic (MS), General Medicine (MD), Surgery, and Dentistry — rendered their services. Free sugar testing and medicine distribution were also carried out.

The beneficiaries were highly satisfied with the doctors’ consultation and expressed happiness for receiving free medicines and care. The project was efficiently coordinated with active participation from all members. The event concluded with lunch for all.

“Ek Shaam Buzurgon Ke Naam”

Under the District theme “Shankhnaad – Inner Wheel Club of Dimapur organized a heartwarming event titled “Ek Shaam Buzurgon Ke Naam” to honour and celebrate our beloved senior citizens.

The evening began with the lighting of the lamp, Inner Wheel prayer, and a warm welcome by the President. The event featured a lively Zumba session, heartfelt speeches, and a joyful ramp walk by members along with the elders, filling the atmosphere with happiness and emotion.
A total of 60 senior citizens were felicitated, including a 105-year-old woman, whose presence and blessings made the evening truly memorable. Our Chief Guest, DC Mrs. Pinki Agarwal, appreciated the club’s initiative and shared inspiring words.
The event beautifully reflected the essence of “Shankhnaad” — a call for compassion, respect, and positive change — and showcased the true Inner Wheel spirit of friendship, service, and love.
Special thanks to Project Chairpersons Mrs. Rashmi Agarwal and Mrs. Mamta Bucha and MOC Sanjuktaji and to all members for their dedication, teamwork, and heartfelt service that made this event a grand success!

The Inner Wheel Club of Dimapur distributed Angel Care Kits to 10 newborn babies aged between 1 to 6 months at Neisetuo Colony, Khermahal. Along with the kits, grocery items were also distributed to the mothers to help them stay healthy while raising their little ones.
This kind gesture reflected the true spirit of community service and compassion, extending support to families in need and spreading joy among new mothers and their babies.

Project:- Distribution of Hearing Aid
To observe the Day of the Deaf, IWC Dimapur organized a Hearing Test Camp conducted at Sethi ENT Surgical Clinic by renowned ENT specialist Dr. Sunil Sethi. Free hearing tests were done, and hearing aids were provided to the needy, with proper guidance given by Hearing Aid Incharge Mr. Neel.

The patients shared heartfelt feedback, expressing happiness that they could now hear better. Their smiles and blessings truly touched our hearts.

The project was graciously graced by DC Ma’am Pinki Agarwal ji, making the occasion even more special

On 17th September, the Inner Wheel Club of Dimapur successfully organized the project of Shanknaad .. Harit Kranti
at Smart Bazaar
The program began with a warm welcome by the President, followed by the felicitation of our esteemed guests
The street play started with performed by DWS Academy students was the highlight of the event. Their spirited performance portrayed the harmful effects of plastic and the urgent need to switch to eco-friendly options. The play attracted large public attention and conveyed the message in a very impactful way.
Following the play, our club distributed Tote bags to the public. This simple yet meaningful gesture not only encouraged people to reduce plastic usage but also created a strong branding of Inner Wheel in the community as an organization dedicated to service, environment, and sustainable
With enthusiastic participation of members and wholehearted community support, the project was a grand success, spreading the powerful message: “Say No to Plastic – Yes to a Greener Tomorrow.”
