Each city has been a chapter, but the true narrative was written in the silent negotiations within myself. From Kolkata to Delhi to Guwahati — my journey has never been about geography, but about growth.

Being born with a cleft palate meant learning early that the world can be quick to judge. But it also taught me something deeper: strength is built in silence, confidence is earned through struggle, and real beauty is resilience. Instead of surrendering to the quiet weight of my challenges, I made a deliberate and unwavering choice: I would not be defined by them — I would rise beyond them. I chose to become a living testament for women and young girls everywhere, a reminder that our worth is never diminished by the obstacles we encounter.

I balance the sacred rhythm of motherhood with a professional calling rooted in purpose — nurturing young hearts, shaping confident voices, and inspiring creative minds to believe in their limitless potential.

With this vision engraved upon my soul, I gave birth to Busy Bumble — not merely as a startup, but as a conscious rebellion against the quiet erosion of childhood wonder. With every step forward, I carried not just ambition, but intention. Not just dreams, but devotion.

I stepped into entrepreneurship very organically. What began as a simple, heartfelt love for working with children slowly unfolded into something far bigger than I had imagined—a preschool built on care, trust, and intention. A place where parents feel reassured when they leave their children, and where children feel seen, safe, and free to be themselves.

One incident that stayed with me occurred during a particularly overwhelming phase. A parent once told me, “We chose this school because we trust you, not just the system.” That single sentence shifted something within me. It made me realise that what I had built was deeply personal—and that trust is the strongest foundation any venture can have.
Entrepreneurship taught me discipline—the kind that shows up every day, even when motivation fades. Life taught me patience, often through moments I couldn’t control or rush through. And together, they taught me empathy: the ability to listen without fixing, to understand without judging. I learned that leadership doesn’t mean having all the answers. It means holding space for others, staying present, and leading with steadiness and care.

Today, I no longer measure success by scale or speed. I measure it by trust built, impact made, and the quiet confidence that comes from staying true to my values—through growth, through setbacks, and through life itself.

Grandpa was quietly standing inside the house when his little grandson walked up to the wall like a tiny security guard. With both hands on the wall, the grandson looked back as if to say:

Prayan : “Dadaji, stop right there. Inspection in progress.”

Grandpa leaned forward, listening very carefully!

Prayan: “this house is safe, the sky is good, and everything is perfect.”

Grandpa smiled, thinking,
“I have lived many years… but today I learned something important.”
When a grandson is on duty, even a grandfather follows orders 😄❤️
