Celebrating the Tiny Giants of Our Ecosystem 🌿
“Insects and Spiders are Vital Links in Ecosystems”, a meaningful two days environmental awareness programme was successfully conducted by Nature Research Center Dharwad at NatureFirst Eco-Village Dharwad, bringing together 30 enthusiastic participants, including students from various colleges.
The programme highlighted the often-overlooked but critical role played by insects and spiders in maintaining ecological balance, biodiversity, pollination, decomposition and food chains.
The session featured valuable insights from experts and environmentalists, encouraging young minds to observe, document and appreciate the incredible diversity of small creatures around us.
We the team At NatureFirst Eco Village, believe that conservation begins with observation, understanding and respect for every form of life, however small it may be.
Our ongoing initiatives such as the Frog Garden, Bat Village, Butterfly Garden and dedicated habitats for moths, spiders, bees and other insects are steps towards creating living spaces where biodiversity can flourish.
