*Morpho RD Service Issue – Resolved*

Please follow the steps below to resolve the Morpho RD Service issue:

Press *Windows + R* , type services.msc, and press *Enter* .
The *Services* window will open.
Scroll down and locate *IDEMIA (Morpho RD Service)* .
Right-click on *IDEMIA.*
Click *Restart.*
Wait for the service to restart successfully.
Close the *Services* window.
Reopen your application/browser and try the biometric authentication again.

*Note:* If the issue still persists after restarting the IDEMIA service, restart your computer once and try again. If the problem continues, reinstall the latest Morpho RD Service or contact your system administrator.

*📢 সকল CSP অপারেটরের জন্য জরুরি বিজ্ঞপ্তি*

বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকদের PMSBY/PMJJBY বিমা স্কিমে নথিভুক্ত করার সময় কোনো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হলে, অনুগ্রহ করে নিচে বর্ণিত পদ্ধতিটি অনুসরণ করুন।

✅ ধাপ ১:
'Social Security Scheme' (সামাজিক সুরক্ষা প্রকল্প) বিভাগে যান এবং নথিভুক্তকরণের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট বিমা স্কিমটি নির্বাচন করুন।

✅ ধাপ ২:
'CIF' অপশনটি নির্বাচন করুন।

⚠️ জরুরি নির্দেশ:

- CIF নম্বরটি লিখবেন না।
- 'CIF' অপশনটি নির্বাচন করার পর, গ্রাহকের অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বরটি লিখুন।
- অর্থাৎ, সবসময় "CIF" নির্বাচন করুন, কিন্তু অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বরটিই লিখুন।

✅ ধাপ ৩:
ফর্মটি সম্পূর্ণভাবে পূরণ করার পর, গ্রাহকের আঙুলের ছাপ (fingerprint) নিন। সিস্টেমটি L0 ডিভাইসের পরিবর্তে সরাসরি L1 ডিভাইস থেকে আঙুলের ছাপ গ্রহণ করবে।

✅ এই প্রক্রিয়ার সুবিধাসমূহ:

- L0 ডিভাইসের প্রয়োজন হবে না।
- L1 ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করে বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকদের সহজেই বিমার আওতায় আনা যাবে।

📌 সকল CSP অপারেটরকে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে যেন বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকদের বিমা করার সময় এই পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করা হয়। ধন্যবাদ!

*Method 1: Through SBI Website*

✅1. *Visit https://sbi.bank.in.*
2. Click on Digital.
3. Select Update KYC.
4. Enter the following details:
* Registered Mobile Number
* Any one of the following:
* CIF Number
* Account Number
* PAN
* Date of Birth
1. Enter the OTP received on registered mobile number.
2. Verify the KYC details displayed on the screen.
3. Update or confirm the required information and submit the request.

✅*Method 2: Through Retail Internet Banking (Pre-Login)*

1. *Visit https://onlinesbi.sbi.bank.in.*
2. Click on Update KYC
3. Enter the following details:
* Registered Mobile Number
* Any one of the following:
* CIF Number
* Account Number
* PAN
* Date of Birth
1. Enter the OTP received on registered mobile number.
2. Verify the KYC details displayed on the screen.
3. Update or confirm the required information and submit the request.
