💙Understanding, Not Judging

As we approach Autism Awareness Month, let’s make it our duty to educate ourselves and share knowledge. Autistic individuals experience the world differently everyday sounds, lights, or touch can feel overwhelming. What looks like “meltdowns” or “odd behavior” is often a response to sensory overload or stress.

Instead of judging, let’s offer patience, empathy, and understanding. A calm word, a quiet space, or simply noticing their struggle can make a world of difference.

Every autistic person deserves respect, compassion, and the chance to be understood. Awareness creates acceptance let’s be part of the change. 💙
