✨ Building Power from Within – Atma Shakti SHG Leaders Workshop ✨
🗓️ 27th July | 📍 Bermasia, Dhanbad | 👥 25 Women Leaders
Women from 7 Self Help Groups (SHGs) came together with one goal — to learn, lead, and uplift their communities.
Through this empowering workshop, they gained:
✅ Financial literacy – mastering simple bookkeeping
✅ Entrepreneurial skills – making guava jam and mixed pickle to boost their livelihoods
✅ Leadership insights – shared with care by mentor Karlik Kalindi
