Disha Counseling Forum An initiative of Team Disha of Fast Forward India NGO of IT(ISM) Dhanbad.

Every week career counselling sessions are organised in the schools of dhanbad by the students of IIT(ISM) . ‘Disha’ is an initiative of students of IIT ISM Dhanbad for making the school student aware of all the career options available in today’s world and guiding them for the best one suited for them as per their interests. Disha is a non-profit organisation working under the umbrella of an NGO

named Fast Forward India (FFI). This counselling forum has been set up for discussing the doubts faced by the students and helping them through the challenges they face while deciding their career on a broader scale.
