District Literacy Seminar, Jigyasa was held on September 27, at Ramada, Jamshedpur. The host clubs, RC Jamshedpur Dalma and Chaibasa together curated a brilliant show. The seminar had lovely speakers: Mrs. Vijayam Kartha from Pune talked about being sensitive to the need of the children, Mr. Biswadev spoke on career counseling. A talk show saw AG Shivani in conversation with Mr. Mandeep Bhatia on AI. They both added wit to such a complex topic. Murali launched a teachers training program ‘Adhyayan’ for the district. Sincere thanks to Presidents Vishal and Amit and team for their involvement in making the show a grand success and extending warm hospitality to all the district delegates

It was a cosy meeting with the young members of Rotary Jamshedpur Nextgen. The fledgling club, two years old has gone through some turmoil in membership, but is now set to be back on track. President Nikunj and members were vibrant, and organized a lovely evening meeting over tea. Great set up, great interaction! Charter President Animesh is there to steer the club to new grounds. Wishing Nikunj, Animesh, Khushboo, Aman and all members the very best! Secretary Saurav, get well soon!

September 19 & 20: It was two days of fun and learning at Rajgir. Thank you, Rotary Club of Tathagat Biharsharif, for the special care and love with which you organized the Rotary Leadership Institute at the Indo Hokke Hotel, Rajgir. We had 25 participants for Part 1 & 2 representing 13 clubs, and 15 participants for Part 3 representing 5 clubs. I enjoyed being part of the faculty along with Eastern India RLI Chair PDG Rajan, EI RLI Advisor PDG Sandeep, PDG Sanjeev, PDG Bipin, Rt. Ajay Narkesari from D 3030 and Rtn. Anju. The 15 RLI graduates received their graduation pin and certificate at the end. The participants had a great experience, they even took out time to visit the Glass Bridge in the morning hours. Thank you, AG TT, President Mahesh, Secretary Dr. Neeraj, Parmeshwar, Bharti....and all members of Tathagat Biharsharif. Thank you District Chair, RLI Sushil Poddar for your proactive role.

Thank you for your hospitality - and commitment to towards EREY. Thank you, Secretary Sushil, AG Deoraj, and, of course, Nishant!
