OITIJHYA CORE TEAM ELECTION 2026 – OFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS, AUDIT & APPRECIATION

The election for the Oitijhya Core Team 2026 was conducted online via Google Form between August 17, 2026, and August 22, 2026 (closing at 5:00 PM IST), under the direct supervision of Faculty Advisor Prof. Ajoy K. Bhaumik.

OFFICIAL DISQUALIFICATION STATEMENT & VOTER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND OTHERS

Newly admitted M.Sc. and M.Sc. Tech students from the 2026 Monsoon session (26MS and 26MC series) are not eligible to vote, and all submissions from these series have been formally disqualified. Research Scholars admitted in the 2026 Monsoon session (26DR series) are recognized as eligible voters, and their entries have been fully included in this evaluated vote tally.
Note on Vote Distribution: All fields in the Google Form for casting votes for the respective posts were optional. Voters were free to cast their votes for any number of posts of their choice. Therefore, the total number of votes cast naturally varies across different positions.

আমাদের হোয়াটস্যাপ কমিউনিটি এবং সকল হোয়াটস্যাপ গ্রুপ কোনো অজানা যান্ত্রিক কারণে সাসপেন্ড করা হয়েছে। আমরা চেষ্টা করছি যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব এই সমস্যার সমাধান করতে।

সকলকে আমরা অনুরোধ করবো ঐতিহ্য সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো আপডেট পাওয়ার জন্য আমাদের এই ফেইসবুক পেজটিকে ফলো করতে।

নবীন যারা IIT(ISM) এ এই বছরে নতুন এডমিশন নিয়েছে তাদের অনেকেই গ্রুপ এ জয়েনও করেছিল। তাদের মধ্যে এই মেসেজটি শেয়ার করে দিতে সকলকে অনুরোধ করছি একই সঙ্গে।

Oitijhya is organizing annual election for construction of the Executive Committee under the supervision of Prof. Ajoy Kumar Bhaumik. Interested eligible candidates are requested to submit their nomination, by sending email to [email protected] on or before 5 PM of 12/08/2026 (Wednesday).

*Detailed Rules:*

4.1 It is desirable that in the Executive Committee, out of 9 (nine) posts, at least *_2 (two) posts shall be reserved for girl representatives._*

4.2 The Executive Committee shall supervise the functioning of OITIJHYA. The office bearers of the Executive Committee shall be elected from the Student Members of OITIJHYA.

4.3 The tenure of the Executive Committee shall be one Academic Year.

ঐতিহ্য পরিবারের সকলকে অত্যন্ত আনন্দের সঙ্গে জানানো হচ্ছে যে আগামী পয়লা বৈশাখ (১৫ই এপ্রিল, ২০২৬) আমরা বর্ষবরণ উৎসব উপলক্ষ্যে প্রতিবারের মতো এইবারও এক সাংস্কৃতিক সন্ধ্যার আয়োজন করতে চলেছি।

প্রতিবারের মতোই এবারেও থাকছে প্রথাগত বাঙালি খাওয়া দাওয়ার বন্দোবস্ত। নৈশভোজন এর স্থান GJLT dome, সূচনা সময় আনুমানিক সাড়ে আটটা। ঐতিহ্যর তরফ থেকে, আপনাদের সকলকে এই সন্ধ্যায় আমাদের সাথে হাতে হাত মিলিয়ে যোগদান করে আমাদের এই প্রয়াসকে সাফল্যমন্ডিত করে তুলতে অনুরোধ জানাই।

এবারের এই অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য, মূলত খাওয়া দাওয়া এবং অন্যান্য খুঁটিনাটি এর ব্যায় বাবদ এ বছর আমরা সমস্ত অধ্যাপক, অধ্যাপিকা, সহকর্মী, কর্মচারীবৃন্দ, এবং তাঁদের পরিবারের সদস্য, project, Phd, PDF, দের থেকে জনপ্রতি ৫০০ করে; সমস্ত M. Tech, B. Tech, Msc. Tech, MA, Msc, MBA দের থেকে জনপ্রতি ৪৫০ করে অনুদান ধার্য্য করেছি। পোস্টার এ অনুদান দেওয়ার বাকি নির্দেশিকা, QR যাবতীয় তথ্য উল্লিখিত রয়েছে। অনুদান প্রেরণের পর অতি অবশ্যই পোস্টার এ প্রদত্ত নম্বরে আপনাদের Payment proof, food preference (veg/non-veg), department, head count লিখে পাঠিয়ে দেবেন।

** বিশেষ ভাবে উল্লেখ করছি, এবার থেকে আমরা অনুদান সংগ্রহের পদ্ধতিতে পরীক্ষামূলক ভাবে কিছু পরিবর্তন আনছি। প্রতি বারের পরিমিত লোকবল এবং rush এর কথা মাথায় রেখে আমরা অনুদান সংগ্রহ পুরোপুরি online mode এ করতে চলেছি, যেখানে আমরা অনুদানের জন্য ব্যক্তিগত ভাবে কাউকে যোগাযোগ করবোনা (কারোর যদি online payment বিশেষ কোনো সমস্যা থাকে, তারা অতি অবশ্যই প্রদত্ত নম্বরে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন)। Payment এর অল্প কিছুদিনের মধ্যে আপনারা, অনুদানের রশিদ পেয়ে যাবেন।

** নৈশভোজনের ক্ষত্রেও আমরা কাগজের টোকেন এর পরিবর্তে পরীক্ষামূলকভাবে এবার digital QR টোকেন ব্যবস্থা করার কথা ভাবছি, যা হবে নৈশভোজনের প্রবেশপত্র। QR টি প্রত্যেকের জন্য আলাদা হবে (ফোনে পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হবে কিংবা, download এর link দিয়ে দেওয়া হবে যথা সময়ে) এবং খাবার স্থানে (GJLT dome) প্রবেশের সময় মোবাইলেই সেটি দেখালে চলবে। সেটি স্ক্যান করলেই আমরা সেই ব্যক্তি বিশেষের সমস্ত detail জানতে পারবো।

পুনশ্চ, আপনারা সকলেই অবগত যে ঐতিহ্যর এই নববর্ষের অনুষ্ঠানটির সাংস্কৃতিক সন্ধ্যার আসরে অংশ নেওয়ার জন্য আমরা মূলত faculty, staff, এবং তাঁদের পরিবারের সদস্যদের প্রাধান্য দিয়ে থাকি; সাথে থাকে অবশ্যই ছাত্রছাত্রীরা। কাজেই সকলে যারা সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানে অংশগ্রহণ করতে ইচ্ছুক নীচে প্রদত্ত নম্বর এ যোগাযোগ করে, নিজের slot নথিভুক্ত করান।

আমাদের অনুষ্ঠানের সময় সীমিত থাকে, কাজেই সকলের পারফরমেন্স নেওয়া অনেক সময় আমাদের পক্ষে সম্ভবপর হয়ে ওঠে না, তার জন্য আমরা ক্ষমাপ্রার্থী। Slot এর sequence নিয়ে অনেক সময় আমরা মতভেদও দেখতে পাই, কাজেই একথা বলে দেওয়া জরুরি যে - আমরা সবদিক মাথায় রেখেই অনুষ্ঠান সাজানোর চেষ্টা করি যাতে তা একঘেয়ে না হয়ে ওঠে, এবং একই সাথে আপনাদেরও যতটা সুবিধে করা যায়। কাজেই সকলের কাছে এ বিষয়ে আমাদের সাথে হাত মিলিয়ে চলার অনুরোধ রইলো। অনুষ্ঠানের আগে, পারফরমেন্স এর গুণগত মান, সঙ্গত ইত্যাদি দেখে নিতে আমরা রিহার্সাল এর বন্দোবস্ত রাখি। বিনা রিহার্সাল এ আমরা কোনো performance finalize করি না - এর উদ্দেশ্য মূলত coordination আর অনুষ্ঠানের সময় সম্বন্ধে আমাদের একটা পরিষ্কার ধারণা পাওয়া।
