1. Built Around a 300-Year-Old Banyan Tree
The design revolves around this majestic tree—the national tree of India. It serves as a visual and spiritual fulcrum for the entire complex.
2. Fluid, Organic Architecture
Rather than rigid modern designs, JECP unfurls in graceful curves—its spiral layout embraces the Banyan tree and symbolizes growth and aspiration.
3. Local Cultural Touchpoints
The amphitheater and water-body evoke the ghats of Varanasi.
Symbolic gaps in the structure allude to nearby sacred sites like Kushinagar.
A hand-embroidered mural celebrates Rani Lakshmibai, a regional icon. These elements root the Centre deeply in local history and ethos.
4. Modern Transparency Meets Minimalism
Uncluttered lines, long glass windows, clean wall textures—all create a transparent, modern space that encourages community and enterprise.
5. Sustainability and Environmental Harmony
JECP champions sustainable design:
Daylighting and passive solar techniques.
Radiant cooling, rainwater harvesting, water recycling, and local landscaping.
