e veterans officers who were retired from the Army under Rule 16A of the Army Rules 1954, from being subjected to the Army Act, 1950 [under Section 2(1)(a) of the Act] is not bound by the military law / orders / instructions / directives / advice / policy / wishes of senior officers etc. Further the MNSCA is a legal entity (society) registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 who can sue and be sued. We have a ready panel of Lawyers on our pay rolls handling the existing cases or for future engagements.
