On 17th March 2026, the club meeting of SBI Ladies Club New Delhi Circle was hosted at the Bank House, beautifully themed around Chaitra Navratri.

The gathering commenced on an auspicious and devotional note with Maa Durga’s blessings and the club prayer, setting a serene and festive tone for the evening.

All members, new inductees, and invited guests from different modules of the Circle were personally and warmly welcomed with a dupatta and a few thoughtful goodies, adding a special touch of warmth and grace to the occasion.

The meeting also marked the warm introduction of the new members, while the presence of invited guests further enriched the gathering.

The members spent a delightful evening participating in soulful bhajans, which added a spiritual essence to the celebration, while the enjoyable games organised by the event manager brought much fun, laughter, and enthusiastic participation.

Delicious snacks were also served and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, adding to the warmth and cheer of the event

International Women’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at LHO New Delhi on 9 March 2026. The event was honoured by the gracious presence of Dr. Kiran Bedi as the Chief Guest and was graced by Ms. Swati Gupta, Director on the Central Board of State Bank of India, along with the Circle CMC, members of the Ladies Club, and other senior dignitaries.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome and an inspiring address by the Circle CGM, Shri Debasish Mishra. Dr. Kiran Bedi shared powerful insights on leadership, courage, and the strength of women in shaping a progressive society.

The theme for International Women’s Day 2026,"Give to Gain,” was beautifully reflected through Nukkad Natak presented by the members of the Ladies Club.

Adding a melodious touch to the celebration, participants from the Bank presented a musical performance titled “Swaranjali.”

As part of the celebrations, a CSR contribution of ₹13,90,000 was also extended to Navjyoti India Foundation (founded by Dr. Kiran Bedi) to support its initiatives towards social welfare and community development.

The event concluded on a vibrant note with “Celebration of Colours,” a fashion show presented by the women employees of the Bank, symbolising diversity, confidence, and the many shades of womanhood.

The celebration truly reflected the spirit of empowerment, recognition, and celebration of womanhood.

On 27th February 2026, SBI Ladies Club New Delhi Circle donated 2 water coolers worth ₹72,000 to The Blind Relief Association on 27.02.2026 in presence of Sh. David Absalom, Executive Secretary of the Association. The Club members interacted with the students undergoing education and vocational training run by the Association and were inspired by their grit and determination to make a mark for themselves. The members also distributed chocolates to the students.

The Blind Relief Association is a non-profit organization that has made a remarkable contribution by serving and empowering visually impaired people through education and skill training over eight decades.

The water coolers have been installed at the hostel facilities for visually impaired boys and girls and will support the kids with potable water as per their suitability.

The "First Annual Day of SBI Ladies Club, New Delhi Circle" was celebrated with great enthusiasm and vibrant participation in 18th Jan 2026. The programme commenced on an auspicious note with "Parvati Nandan Stuti", invoking divine blessings, followed by a melodious "Swagatam Song" that set a warm and graceful tone for the evening.
A powerful segment on "Nari Shakti" showcased cultural dances from six Indian states, beautifully reflecting the strength, diversity and unity of womanhood. This was followed by the lively "Lazy Crazy Dance" and the energetic "Retro to Metro" performance, both of which added colour, rhythm and joyful cheer to the celebration.
The patriotic spirit was brought alive through "Ek Desh- Sur Anek", a seamless blend of dance and song symbolizing unity in diversity. A thoughtfully enacted skit encouraged ladies to actively join and participate in the SBI Ladies Club, highlighting camaraderie, creativity and collective growth.
Engaging games such as Jalebi Tongue Twister and Bollywood Ke Bol ensured active involvement and laughter among the guests, families and the members. The celebration concluded with the distribution of Annual Gifts to members, as a token of appreciation for their enthusiasm and contribution.
The Annual Day was a harmonious blend of devotion, culture, creativity and togetherness, truly reflecting the spirit and objectives of the SBI Ladies Club, New Delhi Circle

A charity event was successfully organized on 28 November 2025 at BNK Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Jonapur, New Delhi, under the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao initiative. During the program, we distributed 365 reusable sanitary pad kits and 100 bicycles to the girl students of the school. An expert from the NGO “Sachchi Saheli” conducted an engaging MHM (Menstrual Hygiene Management) awareness session, highlighting the importance of menstrual health and hygiene for young girls.

The initiative aimed to promote menstrual hygiene awareness, encourage regular school attendance, and empower girls through improved mobility. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and community members and received commendable appreciation from the school.
