With the diagnosis of Celiac Disease on the rise in India, it is very important for us to be aware and senstitive towards the needs of the gluten-intolerant. Given the lack of awareness, it is very difficult for someone who with gluten-intolerance to buy packaged food items,and near to impossible to eat-out gluten-free without the fear of contamination. Gluten-Free Living India is an initiative to

inrease awareness, and review and promote restaurants that can prepare gluten-free food. Our objective is to sensitise restaurant owners, chefs and manufacturers of food products, and to incentivise them to introduce gluten-free items on their menu.
