"One Earth, One Health"
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Shiv Sumitra Group Foundation organized a special yoga session to promote physical well-being, mental peace, and healthy living among children and community members.
Yoga is not just an exercise; it is a way of life that helps us achieve harmony between the body, mind, and soul. Through simple yoga practices, we encourage our children to adopt healthy habits, build concentration, and develop inner strength.
Together, let us embrace yoga for a healthier, happier, and more peaceful future.
