A Pujo That Will Forever Be Etched in Our Hearts
The sound of the dhaak fades into a gentle echo, the lights in the pandals dim, and a bittersweet feeling fills the air. Maa Durga has begun her journey back to Kailash, leaving behind a treasure trove of memories and the poignant promise of her return. From the entire Sahay Foundation family, we wish you and your loved ones a very heartfelt Shubho Bijoya.
This Pujo was not just a festival for us; it was a deeply emotional and fulfilling journey. It was a testament to the power of belief, community, and the divine feminine spirit we worship. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude as we look back at the days gone by.
This year, we had the profound honour of supporting several women-led Durgotsav committees. To witness these real-life Durgas leading the festivities with such grace, strength, and devotion was an inspiration beyond words. It was our humble tribute to the 'Shakti' that resides in every woman.
With Maa’s blessings, we took a bold step to recreate the divine saga of 'Mahishasurmardini' on stage. The thunderous applause, the moist eyes in the audience, and the overwhelming accolades we received have humbled us. It was more than a performance; it was an offering from our soul, and you accepted it with so much love.
And then, there was the music that united us all in devotion. Our Pujo song, 'Bolo Dugga Maiki', became the anthem of celebration. To see it cross 1 million views in a single day was a miracle that left us speechless. It wasn't just our song anymore; it was yours. Thank you for making it a part of your Pujo story.
None of this would have been possible without you. To our patrons, our supporters, our team, and every single person who has stood beside Sahay Foundation – our deepest gratitude. Your unwavering faith and constant encouragement have been our greatest strength, transforming a humble dream into a renowned name in Eastern India.
