Sports with intentional design!
Over the past year, Transformational Sports has been developing Equity League - a new approach to Ultimate Frisbee that intentionally changes the game format to build gender equity. This week at Bridging the Gaps (BTG) Camp in Surat we're excited to introduce it to all our youth players.
Equity League begins with a simple idea: every player deserves an equal opportunity to play. Starting in a 2v2 mixed-gender pair format ensures every player receives equal touches on the disc, giving every girl and boy the chance to make decisions, contribute, and lead. As the game expands to 4v4 and then 6v6, those habits of trust and teamwork grow with it. Let's go!
