Let’s be honest about what social entrepreneurship actually feels like.

Some of the most thoughtful, deliberate, and insightful voices in the room are often the quietest. Not because they lack ideas, but because they’ve learned to second-guess themselves before they even speak.

For many women leaders, the challenge is not capability. It is the constant self-editing, self-auditing, and the silence that follows.

At Simple Education Foundation, 90% of our leadership team are women. Being a women-led organisation has shown us what becomes possible when leadership spaces are built on trust, empathy, collaboration, and the confidence to take up space.

To celebrate the day, government school teacher Kriti Yadav filled her classroom walls with photographs of her students and their mothers. She also created special videos for them, turning an ordinary school day into a moment of joy, surprise, and belonging. ✨

But this wasn’t just a celebration.
It was her way of telling her students: your stories, your families, and your lives outside school matter here too.

Because sometimes, learning begins with feeling seen. 🫶

When teachers become students, training becomes transformation. ✨

Over three energising days, educators of Delhi came together for the second year of the NIPUN Sankalp Training conducted by Simple Education Foundation.

From exploring phonics strategies to engaging with hands-on approaches for teaching mathematical concepts, the training space was filled with curiosity, collaboration, and joyful learning. Teachers actively participated in activities, shared experiences, and stepped into the shoes of learners once again.

What stood out most was the excitement in the room — conversations, laughter, reflections, and the willingness to try new ways of teaching for their classrooms.

Because meaningful classrooms begin with meaningful learning experiences for teachers too. 🌱
