Sofia is a Delhi based NGO and creating new dimensions in field of of education, healthcare, skills development, livelihoods for women and youth, violence against women and girls through community outreach work and providing shelter to homeless. We are basically an NGO, fighting with different problems among the society and one of the problem is to make the certificate of SC,ST,OBC From the admin
istration of the district like north east district. U must give the prof of your living in Delhi since 1993 i.e. 20 years of residence proff of delhi which is not possible to every one.
2. so pay the money and get done all the formatlities means directly want to get certificate , pay the money to the brokers.
3. we are an NGO and have submitted an application the SC/ST/OBC department i.e. respected director of concern department for refusing the time limit up-to 5 years.
5. By this we can fulfill all the requirement of the concern certificate and u will not have to pay the amount for getting the certificate.
6. we have been working most of the issues for the welfare of the women, girls, and senior citizens and try to help them in all the field in which they need our help.
