When farmers speak about change in their own words, the impact becomes even more powerful! 💪 ☀️

RAF Global extends its sincere thanks to @ખેડૂત સમૃદ્ધિ-Khedut Samriddhi for interviewing supported through our initiatives and bringing their experiences to a wider audience. ❤️

Across Gujarat and Jharkhand, RAF Global works with over 800 farmers, promoting sustainable and practices through training, technical support, exposure visits, and critical input support. Farmers have reported positive outcomes, including 70–100% increase in yields, reduced dependency on chemical inputs, improved soil health, and stronger livelihood opportunities.

This video is a meaningful reminder that real transformation can also be heard in the confidence of farmers who are adopting new practices, improving their incomes, and inspiring others in their communities.

Self-Help Groups turn small savings into collective strength ❤️

In Muzingane village, Limpopo District, Gaza Province, Mozambique, the Tsakane SHG has shown how saving together can build security, dignity, and opportunity. 💯

Over one year, 23 members saved 102,460 MT. 🌈

With RAF Global’s support, savings groups are becoming community mini-banks, where members can access loans for small businesses, household needs, or emergencies.

In June, the group distributed their first-year savings and began a new cycle — with stronger trust, confidence, and resilience! 👣

☀️ What changes when a young person learns a skill?
👉 Sometimes, it is the beginning of income.
👉 Sometimes, it is the beginning of confidence.
👉 And sometimes, it is the beginning of a completely new future.

The month of June marks the first step for #𝖲𝗄𝗂𝗅𝗅𝖣𝖾𝗏𝖾𝗅𝗈𝗉𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗍 journey for 57 women and youth in the communes of Selembao and Mont Ngafula in D.R Congo. 💯
🌈 They are now learning , skills in basic beauty and grooming, electrical work, and mechanical fitting and welding. These are not just training courses. They are pathways to , , , and stronger .

For many young people and women, access to can open doors that were once difficult to enter. It can support , create opportunities, and help them more confidently to their families and communities.

Through its vocational training centres, RAF Global continues to support women and youth in building skills that can shape more independent and hopeful futures. 💪 🤝

🌳This , RAF Global celebrates the farmers of Potka, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand, who are moving towards sustainable and climate-smart agriculture. 🌈

Through , , , and support with critical inputs and equipment, RAF Global is helping rural farmers cultivate high-value crops, improve their income, and build stronger livelihoods. 🌾🌿

Today, many farmers in Potka, supported through this initiative are earning more than ₹1,00,000 annually and moving towards becoming Lakshpati Kisan! ☀️

🔬 When educators are empowered with hands-on STEM learning, classrooms become spaces where children , , and .

A week-long for 10 education facilities from Gujarat and Rajasthan was conducted in Ahmedabad from 18 to 24 May 2026.

Through , games and engineering challenges, facilitators explored concepts such as light, magnetism, acids and bases, force and friction, fractions and geometry. 📚
The training was hosted at AVVAl, and focused on helping educators make simple, joyful and practical for children.

These facilitators will now take this learning back to classrooms and learning centres, reaching hundreds of children. 🌈

💯 Because when educators are , children do not just learn science and mathematics, they explore, they question, they create, and they innovate.

🌱 Can natural farming increase income and reduce costs?
For Narendra Bhai from Porbandar, Gujarat, the answer is yes! ✅

Three years ago, he made a conscious shift from chemical-based farming to natural farming. With support and technical guidance from RAF Global, he adopted sustainable practices on 3.5 bighas of land, growing tomatoes and brinjal. 🍅 🍆

The result?
✅ 75% reduction in farming costs
✅ Improved soil health
✅ Lower dependency on chemical inputs
✅ A net profit of ₹12,42,500 in one crop cycle

💯 Narendra Bhai’s journey shows that sustainable farming is not only good for the environment, but also powerful for rural livelihoods.

🩸 Menstruation should never be surrounded by silence! 🌈

On the occasion of , RAF Global, in collaboration with Alkem Foundation, organised awareness workshops with adolescent girls and women across Jaisalmer, Porbandar, and Junagadh in western India. 📍

More than 250 women and girls participated in interactive sessions on the , , , , , and the myths and taboos that continue to affect girls and women.

To make the sessions open and participatory, RAF Global used engaging learning tools such as pocket charts, wheel games, coin games, and aprons. These activities helped participants speak, ask questions, and learn in a comfortable environment. 🌼 💯

The sessions also focused on the proper use and disposal of sanitary products to and support better .

🌈 What does look like?
🌻 Sometimes, it looks like a reusable pad made by a student.

👣 Sometimes, it looks like care, confidence, and community coming together.

At CRCS (Skills and Livelihoods Resource Centre) Machava, Mozambique, RAF Global marked by welcoming 10 teenage girls from the local community for an empowering and joyful session.

The girls received made by RAF Global’s , promoting both menstrual and .

The session also included guidance by Mr. Milu da Graça from Art of Living, who shared awareness messages and simple yoga techniques to help relieve period pain.

🔴 Periods should never stop a girl from going to school! 💯

As part of , RAF Global organised sessions on 27 and 28 May 2026 in nine schools across Mont Ngafula, Kimbanseke, and Nsele in Kinshasa Province, D.R Congo. ❤️

The sessions reached 2,700 adolescent girls, creating safe spaces to talk about menstrual , , and .
Sanitary pads were also distributed to help girls feel more prepared, confident, and supported in school 🌈

RAF Global has signed an MoU with (KVK) Gudamalani, Rajasthan, to help farmers learn sustainable and climate-resilient farming practices.

A demonstration plot will be set up at KVK Gudamalani, where farmers can see new methods, try them, and learn how different crops can support better and .

This partnership is a step towards stronger farmers, better opportunities, and a more sustainable future for communities in Rajasthan.
