National Seminar

All India Lawyers’ Forum (AILF), have successfully conducted the National Seminar on “Role of Artificial Intelligence in Legal System” on 18th November 2025 at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.

A warm welcome was extended to all
dignitaries at the commencement of the programme, and a ceremonial flower bouquet was respectfully presented by Dr. Vinod Kumar Goyal Advocate . Chairman ALL INDIA LAWYERS' FORUM and Advocate-on-Record and Ex-AAG Haryana, Mr. Vikas Verma , Durgesh Gupta AOR and Ms Yogamaya Ex Member SCBA, Ms. Pragya Parijat Singh Executive Member SCOARA.

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal (Judge, Supreme Court of India),
who graced the event as Chief Guest, highlighted the transformative potential of AI in judiciary, however he stressed on the data privacy and data security concerns.

Mr. R. Venkataramani, Attorney General for India, attended the seminar as Guest of Honour and remarked upon the sanctity and importance of freedom of reflection or thought and how it tied with freedom of speech.

Senior Prof. Dr. V. K. Ahuja, Director, Indian Law Institute, presided over the seminar.

Mr. Pawan DUGGAL Sr Adv graced the event who posed serious concerns and challenges associated with AI like fixing liabilities, rusting of mental faculties and addressing them quickly.

Mr. Dinesh Raghuwanshi National Poet gave good Kavya paath during this event .
