is a collaborative society of Delhi Police and Association for Development which came into existence in 1996. The mandate of the organization is welfare and rehabilitation of victims of crime. It is perhaps the first agency of its kind in the country that takes a holistic approach and caters for the long felt requirement of providing welfare services to crime victims like those of sexual abuse, domestic violence, murder, su***de and fatal accidents. Our Strength: With more than 18 years of work experience in the field of child rights and gender justice, mainly handling cases of sexual abuse, we got wide and in depth exposure at the level of police stations, hospitals, courts, child welfare committees, persecution etc. which helped us understand the working of Juvenile Justice System and Criminal Justice System. This has also helped us acquire appropriate negotiating skills. has accepted and recognized us on various platforms and involved in their work such as developing various SOPs for Child Welfare Committees, Guidelines, protocol for concerned authorities/ agencies and training programme for doctors and media on POCSO etc. We have availed such opportunities to build children and women friendly norms, practices and rules wherever possible in the legal and administrative institutions. Using Right to Information Act for advocacy on child rights and women rights is another strategy which has proved effective and successful tool to improve the situation on the ground.
