We are glad to share the successful staging of the solo performance “Anarkali – Naam Toh Suna Hoga” by Sufyan Khan, along with “Mercy” presented by Parindey, the Dramatics Society of Mata Sundri College, University of Delhi.

The both shows received an overwhelming response and turned out to be a houseful success. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to LTG Auditorium for their constant support and encouragement.

About the plays:

"Anarkali - Naam Toh Suna Hoga?"

This story sheds light on the resilience and beauty of a
soul, often overlooked and underappreciated.

This story revolves around one such existance that is equally beautiful to any other being on this planet and yet treated so unequally.

Anarkali unwraps some of the most emotional aspects of a Transgender's life.

"Mercy"

Through emotionally charged moments and powerful dialogues, MERCY explores themes of discrimination, moral judgement, and the loss of human dignity faced by AIDS-affected individuals. Karuna emerges as the moral anchor of the story, challenging prejudice and reminding us that compassion is stronger than fear, and illness never diminishes a person’s worth.

🎭✨
A "Collaboration with Parindey Dramatic society"

Aaoma-The Third Space Foundation

A proud moment for AAOMA – The Third Space Foundation as we successfully completed our first Nukkad Natak Workshop and staged our first street theatre production!

For one whole month, 20 passionate young participants (18–28 years) came together in a free theatre workshop to explore the power of street theatre. What started as a learning space soon turned into a creative lab where participants wrote scripts, shaped dialogues, designed scenes, created live music, experimented with instruments, and built a full Nukkad Natak from scratch.

We also explored how technology and AI tools can support artists in research, writing, and building socially relevant stories — using new tools to strengthen an age-old art form.

✨ The result: “Ab Aur Nahi” — a powerful 20-minute Nukkad Natak on Women’s Safety.

The play travels from mythology to modern reality, reminding us that the question of women’s dignity, safety, and respect has echoed through time and still demands our attention today.

Our first performance, in front of 50+ audience members, was proudly hosted by Beti Ek Lakshaya Foundation, Shadipur, Delhi — an organization doing inspiring work in the areas of women’s education, health awareness, and safety.

We are deeply grateful to their entire team for inviting us, supporting this initiative, and welcoming us with such warmth.

This production has been directed by theatre artist Narendra Jha, PR Head of AAOMA Foundation, whose vision and mentorship guided this collective creation.

🌱 But this is only the beginning.

AAOMA believes that theatre is not just performance — it is a powerful tool for dialogue, awareness, and social change.
We now aim to take this Nukkad Natak to schools, communities, public spaces, NGOs, and institutions to spark conversations around women’s safety.

🤝 We are actively looking to collaborate with organizations and CSR initiatives that believe in the power of art for social impact.

If you would like to host a show, support this initiative, or partner with us for awareness programs, we would love to connect.

The auspicious occasion of India’s 77th Republic Day
AAOMA – The Third Space Foundation presents
🎭 NUKKAD NATAK WORKSHOP | YOUTH & GENERATION EMPOWERMENT

This initiative is dedicated to nationwide youth empowerment, using street theatre as a tool for awareness, education, and social transformation.

Through Nukkad Natak, AAOMA aims to create an experimental, mutual learning space where young people not only perform, but learn to question, understand, and stand for what is right (हक़) — for themselves, for society, and for the nation.

This project focuses on:
• Empowering youth voices
• Building social awareness and civic responsibility
• Encouraging critical thinking and collective dialogue
• Spreading knowledge that is ethical, inclusive, and beneficial for humanity

Street theatre has historically played a crucial role in shaping public consciousness.
With this workshop, AAOMA continues that legacy — training young individuals to use art as a medium of education, empathy, and change.

🎯 Impact Vision
Our goal is to nurture socially aware, confident, and responsible youth who can contribute positively to communities across India — not only as performers, but as informed citizens and changemakers.

🤝 Call for Support & Collaboration
We invite CSR partners, government bodies, institutions, and supporters to collaborate with us in strengthening this initiative.
Your support can help us:
• Reach more youth across communities
• Create sustainable theatre-based learning models
• Use art as a powerful tool for nation-building
