Association is conducting bhandaras on various occasions,it also distributes blankets,summer wear chadars,utensils,sewing machines to the poor and economically weak personson various occasions.In marriage of poor girls dry rations and cloths are given to perform the marriages.The association is also doing match making job by maintaining records of boys and girls in separate registers for reference
.It is running library and reading room,tv room,recretion of old people by playing carom board and chess.It is also running five fitness machines to keep the elders healthy.They must do exercise after getting advice of the doctor.It has 1 cooler,36 chairs,4 tables,1 big table,4 racks,1 generating set and also r.o machine.All these were donated by our old aged members.The library has 7000 books and magazines,8 daily newspapers like Hindustan Times,The Times Of India etc.All these books were donated and the newspapers are being donated by Shri Surender Chopra.Shri Rakesh Bhardwaj is also donating action india local newspaper.Fitness machines were donated by Shri A.K. Nagpal.The space for library was given by Mrs.Neelam Budhiraja Nigam Parishad in October 2010.She also donated 10 chairs.She is also assisting HELPAGE in all matters.Helpage Welfare Association is celebrating every day with the operation of chess,carom,ludo etc.The assosication is doing all works for the benefit of the elder and senior citizen.The assosication has recently published 2014 diary which has been given to all members.The cost of the diary has been donated by Shri Ravinder Pal Smile,advocate High Court and Supreme Court.
