The mission and vision of Confluence are to organize these Handloom weavers into clusters and make them competitive by providing support for their long-term sustainability. Knowing by the belief that every life has equal value, Confluence works to help numerous artisans living on the brink of extinction, and reviving their trade, Confluence has proved to be a major support system that can steer th
em from darkness towards some measure of light- their survival which is vital to their art. Cutting across all boundaries of caste, creed and social status, Confluence has assembled various artisans from across the country that are struggling- with the rising yarn prices, the lack of employment, the shrinking market of handcrafted goods, the middlemen problems and inferiorly imitative product market. Our mission are the outcomes that help us achieve our vision of seeing a world to become the voice of the voiceless and create a periphery for the gentry to take the plunge in the mainstream market. Amidst fabulous performances, entertainment, and glamour, personalities from various walks of life shared the limelight. The stage was shared by strong mothers like Mrs. Nilam Katara, mother of late Nitish Katara, Mrs. Asha Singh, mother of late Nirbhaya. The mothers shared their piece of heart and Confluence felicitated them for the examples they have set before society.
