आज मेरी आवाज उन सभी लोगों के लिए है जो बिना किसी गलती के कानून के दुरुपयोग का शिकार बन रहे हैं। मेरे भाई की मौत को 1 साल हो गया, और आज तक उन्हें न्याय नहीं मिला। न्याय तो दूर की बात, उस औरत के खिलाफ FIR तक दर्ज नहीं हुई।
लोग कहते हैं कि अतुल सुभाष को न्याय मिलेगा। लेकिन सच कहूं, यह बस कुछ दिनों तक खबरों में रहेगा, फिर मामला ठंडा पड़ जाएगा। लोग भूल जाएंगे, और आगे भी कानून का दुरुपयोग होता रहेगा।
औरतों द्वारा कानून के दुरुपयोग के चलते कितनी ही मासूम जिंदगियां बर्बाद हो चुकी हैं। मेरे भाई ऋषि और अतुल सुभाष जैसे सीधे-साधे लोग अपनी जान देने पर मजबूर हो रहे हैं।
अगर हमने आज आवाज़ नहीं उठाई, तो न जाने कितने और ऋषि और अतुल इस व्यवस्था की बलि चढ़ जाएंगे। इस समस्या को रोकने के लिए कानून में बदलाव लाना बहुत जरूरी है।
