✅ Develop creative ideas to green your school, based on this year’s theme

We are now in a phase where Rights-Based Approach is central to social development, and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) remain at the core of inclusive CSR initiatives.

At United Way of Delhi, we are committed to reaching out to the most marginalized communities and advancing efforts toward building a inclusive society. Our focus is on ensuring dignity, equal opportunity, and meaningful participation for all. Imagine a world where something as basic as reading a document, identifying currency, accessing information, or navigating daily life remains a challenge simply because information is not designed to be accessible.

We were proud to partner with National Association for the Blind, Delhi , and provide a platform for a meaningful conversation on Corporate Action for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities at the Inclusive India Summit 2026. The panel discussion, moderated by Dr. Sujeet Ranjan, brought together distinguished leaders whose rich experiences reinforced a powerful truth: an inclusive society cannot be built by policy alone. It requires collective action from corporates, social sector organizations, and communities working together with shared purpose.

Building an inclusive future requires more than intent; it demands sustained action, innovation, and partnerships that ensure no one is left behind.

World Environment Day 2026

This World Environment Day, we celebrate the power of collective action in creating a greener and more sustainable future.

Together with our government partners, corporate supporters, and communities, we achieved:

🌱 24,000+ saplings planted
☀️ 300+ solar panels installed across 38 government schools
⚡ 200+ kWh renewable energy capacity added
👥 59,389 community members engaged through environmental awareness and action initiatives

Every sapling planted, every solar panel installed, and every community empowered brings us one step closer to a more resilient and sustainable tomorrow.

Jamia Batch 2 Examinations successfully conducted under the Job Oriented Vocational Training Program.

The examinations were conducted by ISHRAE, reinforcing industry-aligned standards and practical learning excellence.

Implemented by United Way of Delhi, with Carrier as the CSR Partner, the program continues to empower students through skill-based education, hands-on training, and career-oriented opportunities.

Together, the initiative is creating pathways toward industry readiness and sustainable livelihoods for future professionals.
