We, at Alumni Relations Cell, FMS Delhi, are thrilled to celebrate the incredible journey of our distinguished alumna, Aishwarya Sriram, from the MBA batch 2007, who has recently taken on the role of Chief of Staff to the Advisory Leader at PwC India.
Aishwarya brings over 13 years of rich experience across investment banking, strategy, and M&A. Her career has been marked by impactful leadership and strategic acumen in guiding clients across sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, industrials, and consumer products.
In her current role at PwC, she has steadily risen through the ranks—from Associate Director (Deals - CFIB), to Associate Director (ESG Deals & Strategy), and now to Chief of Staff—where she is instrumental in shaping advisory strategies and driving key initiatives across business verticals.
Prior to PwC, Aishwarya served as a Manager at Bain & Company, where she led high-impact engagements in corporate strategy and investment analysis. Her tenure there showcased her exceptional ability to blend analytical depth with actionable business insights.
She has also held significant roles at Invest India, Assistant Vice President and Investment Professional at WaterBridge Ventures where she worked closely with startups and global investors.
Earlier, during her time at Veda Corporate Advisors, she rose to Associate Vice President, leading multiple successful transactions and delivering tangible results for clients in mid-market investment banking. Her journey began at ICICI Bank, where she laid a strong foundation in investment banking and product management.
A CFA Charterholder with an engineering background, Aishwarya exemplifies the power of interdisciplinary expertise and purpose-driven leadership.
