Puberty can be confusing, awkward, new and sometimes overwhelming bhi. But every change you go through is a part of becoming YOU.

Har kisi ka growing up journey alag hota hai. Koi jaldi grow karta hai, koi thoda late. There’s no “perfect timeline” for puberty.

The most important thing is talking about it, decoding it. To encourage an open conversation and healthy awareness about decoding puberty , Anon Global Foundation recently conducted by Dr.Arti Girdhar and interns Tanya Sharma & Kyra Puri ,It was an interactive session on at Khaitan Public School.

The session focused on understanding physical and emotional changes, breaking myths, promoting self-confidence, and reminding students that growing up is completely natural .

Because puberty isn’t just physical changes , but also mental changes
