Every entrepreneurial journey begins with a conversation.

As part of its grassroots outreach initiatives, BYST–Ashok Leyland Foundation Kolli Hills Cluster conducted a canopy awareness campaign at Kalappannaikanpatty Bus Stop, engaging with over 100 community members to introduce BYST's entrepreneurship support ecosystem.

The campaign focused on helping aspiring entrepreneurs understand the mentorship, counselling, and business support available through BYST while encouraging them to explore entrepreneurship as a pathway to sustainable livelihoods.

The positive response generated valuable initial enquiries, and the team is now conducting follow-up interactions to identify and screen potential entrepreneurs for counselling support.

Through consistent last-mile outreach, BYST continues to connect opportunities with communities, ensuring that aspiring entrepreneurs have access to the guidance they need to build successful enterprises.

Building stronger entrepreneurship ecosystems—together.

BYST's Faridabad Cluster Quarterly Get Together brought together 75 mentors, entrepreneurs, bankers, government representatives, and ecosystem partners for a day of meaningful conversations, networking, and collaboration.

These quarterly gatherings are more than events—they are platforms where mentors and entrepreneurs strengthen relationships, exchange experiences, and connect with key stakeholders who play an important role in entrepreneurial success. By fostering collaboration between mentors, financial institutions, government bodies, and skill development partners, BYST continues to build stronger local entrepreneurship ecosystems.

We were privileged to have Sh. Brajesh Kumar, Lead District Manager (LDM), Faridabad, as the Chief Guest, whose continued support reaffirmed the importance of enabling entrepreneurship at the district level.

From inspiring entrepreneurial journeys and mentorship insights to discussions on MSME financing, skill development, and ecosystem collaboration, the event reflected the collective commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and creating sustainable enterprises.

Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chaudhary Bansi Lal University (CBLU), Bhiwani, during the University's 13th Foundation Day Celebration.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Deepti Dharmani, Prof. Bhavna Sharma, Dr. Sunita Bharatwal, Deans, faculty members, students, and distinguished guests.
This collaboration extends across 22 academic departments and 66 affiliated colleges, creating a strong platform to promote entrepreneurship, startup development, innovation, mentoring, skill development, and youth empowerment.

Through this partnership, BYST will conduct Mentoring Development Programmes (MDPs), workshops, webinars, and mentoring initiatives, while CBLU will facilitate faculty and student participation, strengthening entrepreneurial learning across the university ecosystem.

We sincerely thank the University leadership and the entire CBLU team for their warm hospitality and look forward to creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation of entrepreneurs.

BYST was delighted to visit the JK Cement Plant, Panna, to showcase the impact of our Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) and interact with the senior leadership of JK Cement.

We were honoured to meet Mr. Madhav Singhania, Joint Managing Director & CEO, and Mr. Paul Heinz Hugentobler, Director, JK Cement, who took the time to learn about BYST's work in building sustainable enterprises through entrepreneurship, mentorship, and financial support.

The visit also featured interactions with two inspiring BYST-supported entrepreneurs, who shared their journeys of growth and resilience with the JK Cement team.
