2. The register office of the society shall be situated in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, at present it is at: - 52, Sa
nt Nagar (Ground Floor), East of Kailash, New Delhi-65.
3. AIMS & OBJECTIVES
• With a strong view to strengthen the existing democratic system of India, The Forum will undertake the following activities :-
• To spread a message to all the electors of the country, about the inner-party democracy.
• To awaken the electors for the true representation of people, to the state Legislative Assembly and Lok Sabha.
• To work for the eradication of money power from the electoral process.
• To suggest ways and means to the electors, to get rid of the autocratic models of the functioning, of the existing main political parties.
• To work for creating space for those persons in politics, who want to do Yeoman service to the people, not having sufficient financial means.
• To bring awareness to the electors that their representative should at least get more than 50% of the registered votes.
• To bring awareness among the members of the respective political parties, that the candidature of their respective Legislative Assembly or Lok Sabha, must be decided by the respective members of the political parties and should not be imposed on them.
• To create awareness among the voters about the losses due to coalition governments.
• To spread a message across the voters, to boycott those elected representatives, who defect to other parties for the greed of power.
• To work strongly for the Electoral Reforms to eradicate money, muscle, autocracy etc. from the democratic system, which needs complete overhauling.
• To educate the voters, how the corruption has surfaced so intensely and to suggest the ways and means to contain it.
• To scrutinize Legislation and flaws thereon and bring them at the appropriate forum to rectify them accordingly.
• To work for the betterment of health, education and economy of tribal people and liquidation of their finish Products.
• To create market for products of tribal people,
• To acquire govt. forest land for plantation,
• To develop and spread the idea of friendship and fraternity among the people.
• To work on ancient science and create astrology dab.
• To educate the people for adopting the good norms of a good citizen and to work for spreading the ideas of nationality among the people.
• To work for Environmental Protection, Forestation, Plantation, Waste Land Management.
• To work for disaster mitigation and run an international campaign to protect earth from global warming and its consequences
• To find against female feticide and to work for woman empowerment in all aspects of life.
• To promote cottage industries, Khadi, and traditional handicrafts and to establish production and research centre for eco-friendly goods and garments and to uplift poor woman artisans.
• To publish newspaper, magazine, journals and to reproduce works of arts, literature, science, crafts and other allied works/collections of works of arts for instruction and imparting useful knowledge.
• To hold exhibitions and shows for various welfare progammes.
• To open and run, educational and vocational school or institution to bring education within the reach of poor & backward children, in the National Territory of India.
• To raise the voice against exploitation, injustice and corruption if found against any individual, class, community in the society.
• To work for uplifting status of the women in the society. To work against dowry system and to raise voice against the victimization of girl/women by anybody in the society due to dowry related things.
• To raise quotation related to common market entrust.
• To provide ‘libraries’ publish books on educational. Cultural & social subjects, organize discussions & seminars to impart knowledge & understanding amongst the people.
• To organize religious camps for spreading good living habits, moral values, Indian culture, methods of developing self confidence etc and to create religious centre for the above activities.
• To provide hostels & residential accommodation that may be considered necessary for the student & for each member of the staff that may be made eligible for it.
• To establish & maintain institution for the handicapped & for adult education, like vocational training in vocation of household industry, semi – skilled jobs for self employment, short hand & type – writing, social science, Languages, Fine arts. Crafts, music, painting, modeling, physical training etc.
• To provide the best education available in some of the schools in India. Emphasis would be on character building, self discipline & the development of the creative & social faculties. The society aims at producing well informed & well assured young children just king of children that our country needs.
• To strive to meet changing need of providing comprehensive education to develop various facets of personality and to impart education to children on the most modern lines & provide an environment congenial to growth & development of the children.
• To arrange & organize the social, cultural & educational programmes from time to time.
• All the income, earning, movable & immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilize & applied towards the promotion of its aim & objects only as set forth in the memorandum of the association & no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by the way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past members of the society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on moveable property of the society or make any profit, whatsoever, by virtue of his/her membership.
• To provide free meal, clothes, medicines and other needy things to the poor and needy, children’s of widows.
• To promote National Integration, Communal Harmony, Universal Brotherhood and Global Peace.
• To promote and advocate Human Rights and Fundamental Freedom for all without any discrimination of race, religion, caste, color, s*x and language.
• To develop and mobilize Community and Natural Resources to give the right direction to people of the marginalized and economically weaker section of the Society for their sustainable overall development.
• To work with special concentration for the Child & Women Welfare.
• To organize and take up Health, Educational and Welfare programmes for needy Women and children on priority basis.
• To promote charitable values, literature, science, art, education and culture.
• To conduct research studies on the social a economic conditions of people with a view to involving ways and means for their development within their social historical frame works and to seek promotion of rural development such as provision of drinking water rural industrialization as well as Public Convenience for people.
• To explore ways for promotion of socioeconomic development in the community.
• To undertake, organize, conduct and facilitate, Courses, conference, lecture, research and education on various aspects and of science, technology, Society and other fields.
• To train the downtrodden people in general for human resource development in view of the emerging needs such as database development, resource survey methodologies, computer, environmental, studies, health, education, and engineering.
• To undertake and promote the publication & translation of journal, research papers and books and to develop the audio-visual programmed to disseminate knowledge pertaining to the objectives of the Society.
• To protest and fight against the injustice against people.
• To encourage and promote family welfare activities among needy people.
• To aid or establish any institution technical or otherwise, to promote education of art, Science or other related fields for the benefit of downtrodden and weaker sections of the Society.
• To arrange and provide medical aid and other assistance necessary for living to the needy people who are incapable or handicapped or mentally/physically re****ed and financially unfit.
• To start and assist the relief measures in those parts of the country which become effected to natural calamities like famine, fire flood, earthquakes etc.
• To communicate and coordinate with the Govt. Local and public authorities on various issues related to development welfare and public interest on different subjects.
• To construct, maintain, alter, improve or develop any building belonging to the Society or works necessary or convenient for purpose of the Society.
• To arrange / establish and maintain centers of adult education, vocational education technical training, and low cost education, formal & non-formal education.
• To fight against HIV/AIDS and other communicable diseases.
• To aware people about various social issues to fight against evils.
• To issue appeals raise funds and accept gifts, donation subscriptions in cash or in kind and any property either movable or immovable for the achievement of the objective of the Society.
• To acquire, purchase or otherwise own or under take on loan or lease or hire temporality or permanently and movable or immovable property necessary or convenient for the furtherance of the objects of the Society.
• To organized and take-up Health, Educational and Welfare programmes for needy & poor Women & Children.
• To promote and protect Indian Traditional music, dance, handicraft, handlooms, Art, modern art & literature.
• To support the families and relatives of artists for promoting the budding artists in the Society;
• To establish an award for the deserving people in the field of Music, Art grass root level social service, communal harmony, brotherhood and peace.
• To encourage the emerging artists and their talents so that they can get proper recognition within and beyond the country.
• To establish centre(s) for the promotion of Music, Dance and other Arts.
• To establish residential and non-residential cultural centers for promoting Music, Dance and other Arts.
• To organized vocational training for women and needy people.
• To aware people about their democratic & fundamental rights.
• To work for uplifting poor rural/village people for their all round development.
• To provide various medical services such as organizing health and awareness camps of Immunization, Eye Care, Motherhood, Child Care, and Communicable Diseases.
• To provide basic medical facility, sanitation, general health care and other needful support which can be helpful for public to overcome sufferings and agony of any natural and manmade disaster and to facilitate them to rehabilitate.
• To provide medical, emotional, psychological, social and medical support to senior citizens of our Society by setting up various drop-in centers, senior citizen homes, old-age homes and other entertainment centers so that these highly honorable people.
• To undertake activities for sensitizing people to preserve the natural resources of our nation and to maintain the ecological balance of the area.
• To provide and facilitate legal assistance to underprivileged and poor section of Society to fight for their rights and justice
• To promote, encourage and facilitate research programmes and trainings in the field of public health, education and empowerment.
• To arrange and organize religious, social and cultural programmes for all human being from time to time.
• To create a sense of brotherhood, love, humanity, affection, cooperation and friendship amongst the members of the Society and the beneficiaries.
• To make best efforts for promotion, development and protection of the beneficiaries/ target population and help them in distress.
• To help poor, widows, handicapped, orphans, old aged, mentally retired and under privileged section of the Society/community.
• To run/ operate different types of education program/schools like formal, non-formal, pre-school for the education development of under privileged children of the community/Society.
• To run the different types of health programmes to raise the health status of vulnerable groups, poor and needy.
• To work for the empowerment and sensitization of women, adolescents and children.
• To make up efforts for the education, welfare and development of women, children and backward community in both urban and rural areas throughout the country.
• To establish the medical facilities in the working locality (if required) such as family planning centers, dispensaries, hospitals etc.
• To run and open the schools for the welfare and uplift of the needy children and also run adult education programmes.
• To publish books, magazines, charts, issue related IEC (Information, Education and Communication) materials and other periodical illustration for generating the income for the Society for the benefit of its aims.
• To work and fight against discrimination based on Cast, Creed, Colour, Gender, Religion, Faith, Race & Nationality.
• To open / run / manage institute / collage of higher / professional / vocation education in any part of the country for providing quality education and training to youth and children.
• To promote and protect natural herbs and plants by cultivation, preservation, storage, processing, demonstration, creating botanical garden and providing necessary training.
• To establish / run / manage hospitals, health centers, mobile health clinics, research centre to provide health care, counseling and referral services for all kinds of illness and deceases.
• To promote traditional therapies like Yoga, Naturopathy, Meditation, Acupressure, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Reiki etc.
• To establish, build or manage Hostels, Short Stay Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Shelters, Crèches, Child Care Centre or Children’s Home, Counseling Centers and Help Line Centers for Women, Children, Old aged persons, Drug addicts and needy persons.
• To work for the welfare of Agricultural workers, Farmers, Unorganized Labors, Industrial Labors and Migrated Labors.
• To form women groups, youth groups, self help groups; old aged groups, adolescent groups, children groups/clubs, community leaders groups and group of volunteers.
• To promote traditional games along with the contemporary sports among youth & others.
• To work for welfare & support for the families of Martyrs and Prisoners.
• To work against the exploitation of Animals & Birds and make sincere efforts to protect them.
• To celebrate annual day of the Society every year as cultural & social event.
• To establish Citizen Forum (s) and Resident Welfare Association (s) for the development of high values of the Unity, Brotherhood, Communal Harmony and Peace.
• To promote and support voluntary donation of Blood, Eyes and other parts of human body for the charitable purpose.
• To take-up, initiate or assist social development activities or welfare programmes for bringing positive change in the lives of the common people.
• To save or protect National Heritage, Buildings or Places of the archeological & historic importance.
• To spread the teachings & thoughts of great leaders, philosophers, thinkers, reformers and saints.
• Society can build and maintain hospital, temple , old age home, animal hospital , shelter, orphanage, schools ,colleges, and any other institution and society can take donation for these purpose from any company , institution or by national international institution or by individual.
• Society can arrange stage show, road show, event, sports encouragement, competitions, scholarship, exhibitions, auctions, for these purpose.
• Society can make movies, documentaries, competitions, and any other shows for funding and fulfill the aims.
• Society can make a shelter for particular purpose.
• Society can hire man power for its purpose.
• Society can open offices for its purposes in different parts of India and can take fund donation from anywhere for it.
• Society can open school colleges training centers vocational centers temporary and permanent in different cities of India.
• Society can take on lease or buy any property for such functions and can give also society can collect fund from N.R.I or any other institute situated in out of India.
• Society can give on lease or sell its property for the purpose that suits its aims purposes and Memorandum.
• Society can change its rules regulations with the consent of President.
• Society can give employment to needed and can sell those goods for the welfare of those persons.
• To do such other work, this may be for the general welfare of the people.

RULE & REGULATION OF A SOCIETY
NAME: Name of the Society shall be : “The Real Democrats”
1. MEMBERSHIP
The membership of the society is open to any person of repute & good conduct who has attained the age maturity and fulfills the terms & conditions of the society without discrimination of religion caste color or creed but subject to the approval of the Governing Body. If the membership is refused to a certain person or persons, the reason for refusal shall be communicated to the person concerned.
2. SUBSCRIPTION
i. Admission fee Rs. 10,000 at the time of admission. Subscription Rs. 2000 per month or per annum. iii. Lifelong membership fee Rs. 50,000.
3. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
The Governing Body shall have the power of expel a member from the society on the following term & condition:-
1. On his/her death or insanity
2. Non-payment of subscription continuously for more than three months or year (as the case may be) from due date.
3. On his/her written resignation.
4. If he/she has not attended three consecutive meetings of the general body without an intimation.
4. APPEALS
All the appeals should be referred to the Governing Body. The decision of the governing Body shall be final. The reasons for rejection shall be communicated to the person concerned.
5. RE-ADMISSION
In case of member expelled by the Governing Body, the same can be re-admitted provided the member pays up all the dues to the Society. However, the decision of the Governing Body shall be final.
6. GENERAL BODY OF THE SOCIETY
There shall be a General Body of the society consisting of all the members. The meeting of the General Body shall be held at least once every year with 2/3rd quorum. No quorum shall be required in adjourned meeting. An emergent meeting of the General Body may also be summoned on the written request of 3/4th members, with 02 Days prior notice for such meetings. The notice period of the general meeting of the General Body shall be 10 days. The following business programs shall be transacted in these meetings:-
i. To prepare annual programs and policies. To discuss and to decide all such matters and issues which are directly or indirectly related to the affairs of the society. To pass annual budget of the society. iv. To appoint in a qualified auditor for conducting annual audit of the society. v. To consider any other business brought forwards be the Governing Body.
7. GOVERNING BODY
The management of the affairs of the society shall vest in the governing body consisting of the following:-

9. BANK ACCOUNT
The bank account shall be operated by the President, Secretary And Treasurer.
10. FUNCTIONS OF GOVERNING BODY
1. To consider any business brought before the Governing Body.
10. SOURCE OF INCOME
The fund of the society shall consist of
1. Admission fee
2. Capital fund
3. Donations and Gifts
4. Subscription and donation from members
5. Aid from Governments, Semi Government, Charitable Societies, Institutional and Association
6. Aid or Donation or Gift from Foreign Charitable Agencies through any other approved and authorized Organization.
7. Collection from Public.
11. GOVERNING BODY
The Governing Body’s strength shall not be less than 07 & not more than 21. The members of the Governing Body shall hold the office for 05Year’s. The meeting of the Governing Body shall be held as & when necessary for which 02 days notice will be required & quorum shall be 2/3rd .
13. ELECTION & QUORUM
The General Body in its annual meeting will elect its President & all the office bearers & members in the month of March after 03 Years by secret ballot. The quorum of the general Body & Governing Body shall be 2/3rd.
14. MANAGEMENT OF FUNDS
All income of the society shall be deposited in the designated bank.
15. POWER & DUTIES OF THE OFFICE BEARERS:-
PRESIDENT
He will be the head of the society & preside over the meeting of the General Body & Governing Body. He will have the right of casting vote in case of tie. There would be no election against the president and president decision would be the last decision in the society. He can remove any member from the society after giving the short notice. (i) He shall preside all the meetings of the General Body and Governing Body. (ii) In case of equality of votes in any meeting he shall have a casting vote. (iii) He shall supervise work of other office bearers of the society. SECRETARY
The powers of the Secretary shall be under:-
1. To sign on behalf of the society & to conduct its correspondence & to record the proceedings of meeting.
2. To summon & attend the meeting of General Body.
3. To call ordinary general meeting if desired on written request of at least - 4 members. TREASURER
He shall keep accounts of all receipts & expenditure of the society and to furnish necessary information of the Governing Body. He will keep with him Rs. 5000/- ( ) and the balance account will be deposited in the bank/post office etc. as decided by Governing Body.
16. AUDIT
The account of the society shall be audited at least once in a year by an auditor appointed by the Governing Body.
17. FINACIAL YEAR
The financial year of the society shall be from 1st day of the April to 31st day of the March every year
18. TENURE
The tenure of the Governing Body shall be 03 years.
19. AMENDMENT
Any amendment in the Memorandum of Association (MOA) or Rules and Regulation will be carried out in accordance with the procedure with laid down Under Section 12 & Section 12-A of the Society Registration Act of 1860 as applicable to the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
20. ANNUAL LIST OF GOVERNING BODY
Once in every year a list of the office bearers & members of the Governing Body shall be filed with the registrar of the society, Delhi as required under 4 of the Society Registration Act, 1860 as applicable to the National Capital of Delhi.
21. DISSOLUTION
If the society needs to be dissolved, it shall be dissolved as per provisions laid down Under Section 13 & 14 Society Registration Act, 1860 as applicable to the National Capital of Delhi. APPLICATION OF THE ACT
All the provision under all the sections of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 as applicable to the National Capital of Delhi, shall be applied to this society. ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATE
