We just wrapped up a transformative 4-day Training of Trainers on Theme-Based Early Childhood Care & Education Curriculum facilitated by Neelam Srivastav, Meenu, Shraddha Nayak and Rupendra Kumar Devdas, held from 6th–9th May 2026 in Sukma, Chhattisgarh — a region where every step toward quality early education truly matters.

Over four enriching days, 24 dedicated Aanganwadi workers and 5 ECCE consultants came together to deepen their understanding of:
- Theme-based ECCE curriculum
- Trainer qualities and roles
- Essential skills for impactful training delivery
- Effective flow and facilitation of training sessions

This was not just a training - it was a space for reflection and growth. The energy, curiosity, and commitment these participants brought each day was nothing short of inspiring.

Mobile Creches inaugurates the Aaloka Creche Centre at Kote Bedi, Yelahanka, Bangalore - marking the launch of the 'Carepreneur' model, a blueprint for turning childcare into a sustainable livelihood for women in urban India.

The centre was inaugurated by Shri SR Vishwanath, MLA, Yelahanka, with support from the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India

At the heart of Aaloka is Ms. Chaitra B.S., a member of the Eshwari Kalpa Mahila Swa Sahaya Sangha Self-Help Group, trained in Early Childhood Development by Mobile Creches - now running the facility as her own independent enterprise, earning approximately ₹23,000/month.
- Serving children aged 6 months to 6 years
- 3 hot nutritious meals daily
- 8 hours of safe, reliable childcare every day
- Yelahanka, Bangalore

Funded through a tripartite model - Public + Philanthropic/CSR + Private capital - built to scale.

Nearly 10 million women in urban India lack access to affordable childcare. Aaloka is one step toward closing that gap.

"Ms. Chaitra isn't a beneficiary - she's a business owner who happens to be transforming her neighbourhood."

Halima, a young girl doubted by her own family. She made a mistake trying to escape it - and spent years paying the price. An abusive marriage. No income. Two small children. And nowhere to go.

But she didn't stop.

She took a loan. Learned a skill. Rented a room. And every single day - she chose her children over her pain.

The one thing that made it possible? A safe place for her daughter, Ameera.

When Halima found Mobile Creches - everything changed. Her daughter was fed, cared for, and safe. And Halima, for the first time, could work without fear.

Today she earns well. Her daughter laughs, eats, and grows.

This is not just Halima's story. This is the story of millions of mothers.

A PwC India assessment of Mobile Creches found that when childcare is accessible, 31% of mothers entered the workforce for the first time. Women's workforce participation grew by 38% in Delhi NCR and 36% in Haryana simply because a creche existed.

🌸 This Mother's Day, gift a mother a creche.

Shabana use to leave for work every day carrying fear.
Fear of her child being alone. Fear of what she might come back to.

Today, she leaves feeling free.
Her child is safe, learning the alphabet, naming animals - and coming home to teach her what he learned that day.

That shift - from fear to freedom - is what a creche makes possible.

A PwC India assessment of Mobile Creches found that when childcare is accessible, 31% of mothers entered the workforce for the first time. Women's workforce participation grew by 38% in Delhi NCR and 36% in Haryana - simply because a creche existed.

Behind every number is a Shabana.

Supriya from Bhubaneswar, Odisha didn't just find a crèche. She became the circle of care herself.

She works as a creche worker. She brings her child with her. She earns, she nurtures, and she watches her son grow - from being fed by her hands to eating on his own.

One creche. One mother. One complete story.

And Supriya is not alone.

A PwC assessment of Mobile Creches found that when childcare is accessible, 31% of mothers entered the workforce for the first time. Women's workforce participation grew by 38% in Delhi NCR and 36% in Haryana — simply because a creche existed.
Behind every number is a Supriya.

A mother's journey doesn't happen in isolation. It takes a full circle of CARE.

Creche workers. Community. Systems. Businesses. All connected. All essential. All holding her up so she can move forward.
And the data proves it.

A PwC assessment of Mobile Creches found that when childcare is accessible, 31% of mothers entered the workforce for the first time. Women's workforce participation grew by 38% in Delhi NCR and 36% in Haryana - simply because a creche existed.
That is what happens when the CARE Circle works.

This Mother's Day, we're asking businesses, communities, and systems to show up for the mothers who need it most.

🌸 Gift a mother a creche.

Every child arrives with a whole world within them — full of potential, curiosity, and possibility.

In the year 2025-26, we had the privilege of enabling 1,02,060 children to experience a safer, more nurturing childhood — across construction sites, urban and rural settlements, and underserved communities in 14 states of India.

We believe childhood is not just a phase of life; it is the foundation of everything that follows. And for that foundation to be strong, it must be supported with care, protection, and opportunity.

Through 5,226 childcare centres, trained frontline workers, and deeply engaged communities, Mobile Creches continues to act as an enabler — creating ecosystems where children are not only cared for, but truly seen, heard, and supported. Where families find the support they need, and where futures are not left to chance.

The numbers matter. But what matters more is what they make possible — a child who can learn and grow with dignity, a parent who can work without worry, a community that comes together to nurture its youngest members.

Thank you to everyone who continues to stand with us in making this possible.

At Mobile Creches, we believe that what gets measured, gets improved - and what gets improved, builds the foundation for a nation's human capital.

In the year 2025-26, we scaled growth monitoring across 100+ centres spanning multiple states, including government-run centres in Haryana - a deliberate systems strengthening intervention designed to professionalise the frontline ECD workforce and embed evidence into everyday caregiving practice.

What our monitoring visits revealed went beyond numbers. Sustained enrolment across centres signals growing community trust. Data quality and record-keeping improved significantly. Most critically, frontline workers - the backbone of India's ECD system - developed a sharper understanding of their role in the data cycle, from equipment calibration to accurate measurement of height, weight, and length.

This is workforce professionalisation in practice. Not in a classroom alone, but in the field, in real centres, with real children. Under the C.A.R.E. framework, Resilience is built when systems can see themselves clearly - because accurate growth data doesn't just track a child, it surfaces gaps, triggers timely responses, and connects a child's developmental trajectory to policy decisions at the state level.

Childcare infrastructure is not a welfare intervention. It is an investment in Viksit Bharat 2047.

On the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, we look at his most iconic call to action through the lens of our future.

Educate: Every child deserves the right to learn and grow from day one.

Agitate: We must challenge the inequities that limit a child’s potential before they even speak their first word.

Organize: Together, we build a society where inclusion is the foundation, not the finish line.

Equity isn't an achievement to be earned—it is a birthright protected by the vision of Babasaheb.

Happy Ambedkar Jayanti!
