A meaningful day of learning for Fairy Fari Foundation 🙌

Three coaches from Fairy Fari Foundation — Anne Aiza Khan, Aafreen, and Shiv Kumar — attended the “Understanding Safeguarding in Sports” workshop organized by AIFF and UNESCO.

The workshop focused on building a safe and supportive sporting environment, understanding power dynamics in sports, and identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns. It also highlighted the importance of consent-based coaching practices and creating safe spaces for all players.

This learning is extremely important for us as we continue to create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for girls through football ⚽
