REACHA is a community-based Non-Government Organisation (NGO) with a mission to deliver high impact to human development sectors like education, health, skilling of youth, women’s empowerment etc. To

Empowering young minds, nurturing a greener tomorrow.

On World Environment Day, REACHA under the Smartpur Project, in collaboration with SANKALP Hub for Empowerment of Women, organized an Integrated Awareness Programme at GHSS Budgam under the banner of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.

The session focused on social protection schemes, digital inclusion, environmental conservation, and women empowerment, inspiring students to become informed and responsible citizens. Participants pledged to safeguard the environment and champion the ideals of educating and empowering girls.

The programme concluded with a tree plantation drive, symbolizing a shared commitment to sustainability and a brighter, greener future.

Strengthening connections for greater social impact.

Today, we had the privilege of engaging with Dr. Mohmad Iqbal and Prof. M. Antony Stephen from the Madras School of Social Work. The discussions centered around social entrepreneurship, ecosystem development, and creating opportunities for tribal communities, marginalized groups, persons with disabilities, and artisan sectors.

Joined by Mr. Mudit Sir and our team, the meeting proved to be highly insightful and promising, opening doors for future collaborations and shared initiatives. Despite a tightly packed schedule, the day was both productive and enriching—reinforcing the power of partnerships in driving inclusive and sustainable change.
