Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies (RGICS) The RGICS is a 25 year old independent national policy think tank promoted by Rajiv Gandhi Foundation

RGICS is dedicated to advancing India towards a just societal order based on Constitutional values. To this end, our current focus of work is democratic reform of State institutions and policies, particularly through enhancing voice and accountability. We seek to create and disseminate new ideas for institutional and policy reform, bridge policy formulation to praxis and the voice of common people as well as to cutting edge academic research.
