It was established by Pastor Y. Baby Kutty through the vision of God in 2008, at Delhi in India. One day he was visited at Khora colony in Utter Pradesh India. While he was walking through street he

was noticed that many street children not going to school and taking sacks and collecting plastic and iron pieces which was in the side of roads and waste boxes. Even they are eating from the wasted food itself. They are staying in the houses which were made by Bamboo, plastic, card board and forming slum communities, even no any basic convenience to daily routines and no any water facility, lack of finance they are not sending their children to school. Even they are not going for medical checkups. This scene had become an inspiration and established Slum school for the basic education of the children. He registered Good News Fellowship Charitable Society in order to transform the lives of people and communities by showing God’s love and care.
