ABRSM DELHI PRADESH SCHOOL EDUCATION FORMERLY DELHI ADHYAPAK PARISHAD CALLS ON DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION.

DELHI 27th Nov, 2025 :

A five members delegation of Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh, Delhi Pradesh, School Education formerly Delhi Adhyapak Parishad comprising of the President Sh. Rajesh Kumar Paliwal, General Secretary Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh, Treasurer Sh. Naresh Kumar Sharma, President of Aided Wing Dr. Sharad Kumar, the Secretary of Aided Wing Sh. Manooj I Saxena met Director of Education Ms. Vedita Reddy in her Chamber at 06.00 p.m. in the evening at Old Secretariat, Delhi today on 27th November 2025 and requested the esteemed official of the Directorate of Education to help in solving the most pressing problem, of the release of salary, confronting the employees of the aided schools of Delhi.
The delegation submitted that the Deputy Director of Education of different Districts have received the instructions and directions from the Higher Authorities of the Directorate of Education to stop the release of the salary of the employees of many Government Aided Schools in Delhi for not submitting documents related to Recognition, Upgradation GIA and Scheme of Management, and a few other documents like Appointment of HOS (Minutes), Latest PFC, Land Documents, Society Registration, Fire NOC, Minority Certificate, Information Format. They apprised that this has stopped the release of salary of many aided schools and has subjected the employees in these schools to the extreme suffering and agony for no fault of theirs.
The delegation explained that the employees serving in these schools for many years have been performing all the duties assigned to them including those of BLO. Elections and Census with complete sincerity and dedication. The delegation also emphasized that it is improper to stop the release of the salary of the employees of the day Aided Schools for the non submission of documents by School Management as the employees have no role in the matter.
ABRSM requested the worthy Director to adopt a humanitarian approach and issue the directions to release the salary of the employees of the Aided without any delay.
After giving a patient hearing to the delegation members worthy Director of Education agreed with the contention of the delegation that it is not proper to stop the release of the salary of the employees and assured delegation members that action will be taken to resolve this problem of Teaching Fraternity. She also assured that though the Directorate of Education is gathering information and data from the Aided Schools, the intention is not to harm or harass the employees.
The meeting concluded on the promising and optimistic note and the worthy Director invited the members of the delegation to offer suggestions for the welfare and development of the Aided Schools.

सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों की ज्वलंत समस्याओं पर अखिल भारतीय राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक महासंघ, दिल्ली प्रदेश द्वारा शिक्षा निदेशालय के जिला मध्य / नई दिल्ली में नव नियुक्त उप-शिक्षा निदेशक को ज्ञापन सौंपा गया।

अखिल भारतीय राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक महासंघ (सहायता प्राप्त निकाय) के एक प्रतिनिधि मंडल ने आज शिक्षा निदेशालय, जिला मध्य / नई दिल्ली के नव नियुक्त उप-शिक्षा निदेशक श्री अनिल कुमार एवं जोन-28 की उप-शिक्षा निदेशिका श्रीमती सुदेश कुमारी से भेंट कर, उनको सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों से संबंधित प्रमुख समस्याओं पर एक विस्तृत ज्ञापन सौंपा।

महासंघ ने उप-शिक्षा निदेशक महोदय को उनके नवीन दायित्व हेतु पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर अभिनन्दन सहित हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ प्रेषित करते हुए आशा व्यक्त की, कि उनके नेतृत्व में सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों से जुड़ी लम्बित समस्याओं का शीघ्र स्थायी समाधान होगा।

ज्ञापन में विशेष रूप से निम्नलिखित मुद्दों पर अविलंब संज्ञान लेने का अनुरोध किया गया:-

1️⃣ वित्तीय मामलों की जटिल प्रक्रिया का सरलीकरण, जिससे कर्मचारियों को अनावश्यक विलंब एवं कठिनाइयों से राहत मिल सके।
2️⃣ लंबित अदायगी (Reimbursement) एवं बकाया (Arrears) के सभी मामलों का शीघ्र निस्तारण।
3️⃣ विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति (D.P.C.) की नियमित बैठकें, ताकि पात्र शिक्षकों को समय पर पदोन्नति का लाभ मिल सके।
4️⃣ MACP मामलों का शीघ्र निपटारा, जिससे पात्र कर्मचारियों को उनके वैधानिक अधिकार समय पर प्राप्त हों।

महासंघ ने यह भी उल्लेख किया कि संस्था पिछले 37 वर्षों से “राष्ट्र के हित में शिक्षा, शिक्षा के हित में शिक्षक और शिक्षक के हित में समाज” के त्रिसूत्री सिद्धांत पर कार्यरत है तथा देशभर में 13.5 लाख से अधिक शिक्षकों का प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहा है।

भेंट वार्ता में उप-शिक्षा निदेशक महोदय नें सभी विषयों को न सिर्फ पूर्ण एकाग्रता से सुना अपितु इनके समाधान हेतु शीघ्र हरसंभव प्रयास करने का भी आश्वासन दिया।

प्रतिनिधि मंडल ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि शिक्षा निदेशालय सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों की उपरोक्त ज्वलंत समस्याओं पर शीघ्र एवं सकारात्मक निर्णय लेकर शिक्षकों को राहत प्रदान करेगा। इस अवसर पर महासंघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राजेश कुमार पालीवाल, कोषाध्यक्ष नरेश कुमार शर्मा, सहायता प्राप्त निकाय के अध्यक्ष डॉ. शरद कुमार, मंत्री मनूज आई सक्सेना, कोषाध्यक्ष निरंकार एवं शैक्षिक प्रकोष्ठ के सह प्रमुख प्रविन्द्र कुमार ठाकुर विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे।

आदरणीय/प्रिय सदस्य साथियों,

जैसा कि सर्वविदित है, अखिल भारतीय राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक महासंघ एक राष्ट्रवादी विचारधारा पर आधारित राष्ट्रीय स्तर का शिक्षक संगठन है, जो वर्षभर विभिन्न शैक्षिक एवं सामाजिक कार्यक्रमों का सफल आयोजन करता है।

इसी क्रम में संगठन द्वारा आगामी सोमवार, दिनाँक 01 सितंबर 2025 को "हमारा विद्यालय – हमारा स्वाभिमान" कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इस कार्यक्रम में संगठन के सभी कार्यकर्ताओं एवं सदस्यों की सक्रिय सहभागिता अपेक्षित है।

Delegation of ABRSM (School Education), Delhi State Submitted a Memorandum to Directorate of Education.

On 05 August 2025, a delegation of Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh (School Education), Delhi State, led by State President Shri Rajesh Kumar Paliwal, met with Joint Director of Education Shri Harsh*t Jain and Deputy Director of Education Smt. Sush*tha Biju, Aided School Branch (ASB), to submit a memorandum and hold detailed discussions regarding several long-pending issues of aided schools.

Two major demands were raised prominently in the memorandum:
1. The mandatory 5% contribution by the school management in medical reimbursement cases should be abolished.
2. IT Assistants should be provided to aided schools as well, so that computer-related tasks can be completed efficiently and on time for the smooth functioning of schools.

In addition to these two key issues, various other important matters were also discussed. The concerned officials gave a positive assurance that these problems will be addressed promptly.

The delegation included the following key members:
