Collaboration is the heartbeat of healthcare. 🏥✨
RWS were honored to participate in the recent Global Fund Visit at Lok Nayak Hospital (LNJP) alongside a powerhouse of dedicated professionals. Our team at Rajmala Welfare Society joined hands with Project Coordinators from LNJP, RML, and Kalawati Saran Hospitals, as well as the M&E, Finance, and Project Management teams.
The visit focused on the critical lifecycle of HIV/AIDS care—from medicine distribution and testing criteria to the specialized follow-up care required for positive pregnant women and their children.
We had deep discussions on the challenges our Community Liaison Health (CLH) workers face in the field, ensuring that the reality of the grassroots informs the strategy at the top. Special thanks to SMO Dr. Sachin (LNJP), SR-YRG Care, PR-HLFPPT, and the DSCAS team for a productive session focused on saving lives.
Together, we are making a difference. 🤝💪

Visibility is a trap if it only leads to surveillance. 🏳️‍⚧️✊
This Trans Day of Visibility, we aren’t just celebrating—we are resisting. The Transgender Amendment Bill 2026 has turned the promise of protection into a tool for policing. By stripping away our right to self-identification and mandating medical boards, the state is attempting to treat our existence as a ‘condition’ rather than a right.
We stand by the 2014 NALSA judgment: Gender identity is an inviolable aspect of personhood. It is not up for medical debate.
