A space to talk, reflect and explore. 💜

The Keshav Suri Foundation hosted an engaging session on Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) at The LaLiT New Delhi, facilitated by Riju Banerjee.

Through conversations around gender, bodies, desire, pleasure, autonomy and personal experiences, the session encouraged participants to reflect, share and learn in a safe and open environment.

From paired conversations and body mapping to collective reflections, the session created space for honest dialogue, self-awareness, and understanding.

Because conversations around SRHR begin with creating spaces where people feel safe to speak, listen and be heard.

Anxiety doesn’t always look like anxiety.

Sometimes it looks like cancelling plans, going quiet, overthinking something that seems small, or struggling to simply “calm down.”

What may look like an overreaction from the outside can feel very real on the inside. We don’t always need to understand someone’s experience to respond with compassion.

Sometimes, listening is enough. 🤍
