On his 8th death anniversary, we remember Late Shri Javed Abidi, whose work brought disability rights into the centre of India’s policy and public conversations. From advocating for stronger laws to building a national movement for dignity, access, and equal participation, his efforts helped change how the country understands disability.
At NCPEDP, the movement he built continues through our work and many disability advocates across the country.
