Following a traumatic accident in 2005 and the loss of her husband, Archana struggled to find a path forward. The emotional and financial toll left her feeling completely hopeless.

Everything changed when EFICOR’s team reached out through the Samriddhi Awareness and Wellbeing Project in Nagpur. By combining micro-livelihood support with community mental health sessions, Archana found not just a source of income, but the inner strength to rebuild her life.

🌾 Transforming Barren Land into Bounty: Ramchand’s Journey in Fuldari, MP

Owning land is one thing, but being able to farm it is another. For Ramchand in Fuldari village (MP), uncultivated land once meant relying solely on daily labor to get by.

With guidance and support from EFICOR, Ramchand implemented farm bunding to retain soil quality and water, enabling him to grow wheat and rice twice a year. To protect his harvest from stray cattle, he installed barbed wire and cactus fencing—now cultivating tomatoes, eggplants, potatoes, and leafy greens!

By selling surplus wheat, Ramchand now earns ₹15,000 to ₹50,000, securing a stable future for his family. 💚
