DELHIFounded in 2001, PHARMACEUTICAL RAW MATERIAL DEALERS’ ASSOCIATION (PRMDA) is the representative body of dealers engaged in the trading business of pharmaceutical raw materials and their derivatives and other allied products. The association is having about 90 members presently.PRMDA provides unique services to its members. PRMDA undertakes various activities, major ones being distribution of
information of production statistics and government policy changes & representing the industry’s view point to the government. PRMDA as the representative organization for the industry is also a part of many councils and committees constituted by the Government and other associations constituted in Delhi & other states. PRMDA has been registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.PRMDA as the voice of pharmaceutical dealers maintains a continuous dialogue with the Government and its various departments mainly Drugs Control Dept. , Trade & Taxes , Central Excise & other standardization bodies.
