As these institutions mark 80 years, people’s movements and organisations under the Working Group on International Financial Institutions have come together to examine the cross-sectoral impacts of their projects on India’s economic and political sovereignty. Through testimonies, case studies, and a formal chargesheet, the tribunal aims to expose how IFI-funded projects have affected communities, heightened inequality, and shaped India's development trajectory.
