Winter bites harder for those without shelter. ❄️

ASWAS 2026 | Ayudh Delhi NCR 🤍

Ayudh Delhi NCR conducted a blanket distribution drive in the slum area, where 120+ blankets were distributed to the residents.

As the severity of winters intensifies, surviving each day and night without adequate warmth becomes extremely tough. We went door to door to ensure the blankets reached those who truly needed them. Witnessing families live through such harsh conditions was humbling and reminded us why the privileged must step forward to support those in need.

A small act of kindness can make a big difference.
Do a good deed today — it doesn’t take much effort, just a willing heart.

✨ Together, let’s choose compassion.

A day of inner peace and devotion with AYUDHians from Dehi NCR.
Our divine journey to Haridwar and Rishikesh began with prayers for the world peace and remembering Amma (our Guru), filling the atmosphere with love, oneness, and serenity. The road came alive with soulful bhajans, cheerful games, and endless rounds of Antakshari — joy flowing as freely as Gangaji herself.

A holy dip in the Ganga and a powerful meditation session on the shores of Ganga, led by Mokshamrita Swamiji brought clarity, grounding, and deep inner stillness to everyone who joined us.

Rishikesh welcomed us with a calmness beyond words. At Amma’s ashram, we prayed and meditated together in the tranquil hall, strengthening our connection to Amma’s teachings. The divine prasad was a heartfelt reminder of Amma’s boundless love and compassion.

The entire retreat was so nurturing and transformative that leaving the serenity behind felt almost impossible.

A journey of devotion.
A moment of clarity.
A collective step toward inner peace. 🕊️✨

Whether we like to or not, we are forced to make countless decisions every day. It may be something as mundane as choosing what to eat for breakfast or something life altering as picking a major or a career. How can we live in the present without regretting our past decisions? What causes us to feel guilty and how can we get out of it?

Join us on Tuesday November 25th at 9 PM ET as Br. Mokshamrita Chaitanya leads us in this reflection. Swamiji is a vibrant and engaging speaker who serves as the National coordinator of AYUDH India. Mokshamrita Ji has a computer science / engineering background making his talks more relatable.
