At the heart of Project Chetna lies a simple yet important belief—that growing up should never feel confusing, isolating, or unsupported.
The initiative is focused on creating meaningful awareness around menstrual health and adolescent well-being through interactive school sessions, open conversations, and practical guidance on hygiene and self-care.
These sessions are not just about sharing information; they are about building comfort. Creating spaces where students feel safe enough to ask questions, challenge myths, express concerns, and better understand the changes they experience.
By engaging both girls and boys, sensitising educators, and encouraging collective dialogue, Project Chetna is helping foster a culture of empathy, awareness, and dignity within school communities.
Because when awareness is shared openly, it doesn’t just educate—it empowers young individuals to grow with greater confidence, understanding, and care for themselves and those around them.
We extend our sincerest gratitude to for their continued support to this journey.
