A celebration woven with love, laughter and countless heartfelt moments. 💐

This Mother’s Day, we spent time honouring the incredible women who continue to inspire strength, compassion and care in every role they embrace.

From shared smiles to meaningful conversations, every moment reminded us how powerful community, support and togetherness can truly be.

The same body that menstruates is also capable of creating life. Yet periods continue to be treated as something shameful, hidden and uncomfortable to talk about.

sheds light on an important misconception around menstruation — reminding us that periods are not dirty, impure or something to be embarrassed about. They are a sign of health, biology and life itself.

Because awareness begins when we stop attaching shame to something so natural. 💛

To every woman who has nurtured with patience, protected with strength and loved without conditions, Happy Mother’s Day🤍

At Sachhi Saheli, we celebrate not only mothers by relation, but every woman who has mothered through care, guidance, courage and compassion. The women who hold families together, raise communities with dignity and continue to show up for others even on the hardest days.

From our mentors and educators to every woman and girl walking this journey with us thank you for nurturing change, hope and generations with grace.

Today, we celebrate the softness that heals and the strength that shapes the world quietly, every single day.

At the heart of Project Chetna lies a simple yet important belief—that growing up should never feel confusing, isolating, or unsupported.

The initiative is focused on creating meaningful awareness around menstrual health and adolescent well-being through interactive school sessions, open conversations, and practical guidance on hygiene and self-care.

These sessions are not just about sharing information; they are about building comfort. Creating spaces where students feel safe enough to ask questions, challenge myths, express concerns, and better understand the changes they experience.

By engaging both girls and boys, sensitising educators, and encouraging collective dialogue, Project Chetna is helping foster a culture of empathy, awareness, and dignity within school communities.

Because when awareness is shared openly, it doesn’t just educate—it empowers young individuals to grow with greater confidence, understanding, and care for themselves and those around them.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to for their continued support to this journey.

For many, this is the first time they are hearing these conversations out loud. And for some, the first time they feel comfortable enough to speak.

Under Project Naya Savera 3.0, we are working closely with students, educators, and communities to break long-held myths and create awareness around menstrual health and growing up.

What makes this journey even more meaningful is bringing both girls and boys into the same space, learning, understanding, and unlearning together.
These awareness and sensitisation sessions are not just informative, they are a crucial step towards building empathy, respect and a shared understanding at a young age.

Because when conversations are inclusive, the change becomes deeper and more lasting.

But beyond awareness, what truly matters is this, students feeling informed, confident, and less alone in their journey. And that is where real change begins.

We extend our sincere gratitude to for their constant support in this journey.

For many adolescents, the journey of growing up comes with questions they don’t always know how to ask. Questions about their bodies, their changes, their experiences, often met with silence or discomfort.

Under Project Tarang, we are working to change this narrative. By bringing menstrual health awareness and adolescent education into classrooms and communities, we are opening doors to conversations that were long overdue.

Because when people understand what they are going through, they don’t just feel informed, they feel reassured, confident and in control of their own journey.

We extend our sincere gratitude to for their constant support in this journey.

Change doesn’t always happen in big moments.
Sometimes, it begins in a room where someone feels comfortable enough to ask a question.

Through our community workshops under Project Naya Savera 3.0, we are building those spaces—where conversations around menstrual health and hygiene feel easier, and understanding feels within reach.

And with that understanding comes confidence—confidence to care for one’s health and to seek help when it matters.

We extend our sincere gratitude to for their continued support in enabling this initiative.
