Leasehold conversion: Centre to soon finalise charges to restart DDA property freehold conversion in Delhi. Housing Minister Manohar Lal says proposal will go to Cabinet, with new circle rates and registration norms under review.

DDA HOUSING SCHEME 2019 is going to be launched on 25th March 2019. This circular by the commissioner of DDA posted on 6th March 2019 confirms the same. Moreover this time it will be completely online with a total of 1200 flats( hig-450, mig-550 and lig-200) in vasant kunj area and rest in Narela and Rohini. Registration amount will be 200000/- and 100000/- for MIG/HIG category and LIG category respectively
