We are honoured to share that IYRC NGO has been recognized with the “Most Impactful NGO of the Year” Award at the CSR & Sustainability Connect Summit 2026, held at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi.

This recognition is not just an award it is a celebration of the voices, leadership, and resilience of the communities we work with. It reflects our continuous efforts towards creating inclusive spaces, strengthening youth leadership, and building sustainable community-led change.

The award acknowledges IYRC’s commitment to empowering young people, adolescents, women, and migrant worker communities through initiatives focused on education, leadership development, digital empowerment, livelihood, health awareness, and social inclusion.

Mr. Suraj Kant, – IYRC, received this honour on behalf of the entire IYRC community, including our young leaders, team members, volunteers, partners, and supporters who have been an integral part of this journey.

Together, we continue to believe in the power of youth-led change. ✨

12 April 2026 ko Kapashera me ek khubsoorat shuruat hui —MUST BOL Public Initiative ka Delhi launch! 🚀

320 se zyada logon ka saath aur wo muskurate chehre is baat ka saboot hain ki jab hum milkar kadam badhate hain, toh badlav kitna suhana lagta hai. 🌸

Humare Gender Jagriks ne is din ko apni creativity aur jazbe se roshan kar diya! 🎨 Unhone apne anubhavon aur samajik norms ko share karne ke liye bahut hi pyare tarike apnaye:

🎭 Forum Theatre & Role Plays: Kahaniyon ke zariye dilon ko jodne ki koshish.

📖 Human Library: Jahan dher saare kisse aur zindagi ki sachi kahaniyan suni gayin.

🎤 Talks & Songs: Umeed se bhari awaazein aur sangeet jo poore mahaul mein goonj utha.

Our Collaborative Journey:
MUST BOL ek positive initiative hai jo 5 states mein Gender Equity ke liye kaam kar raha hai. Ise aur sanchalit kar rahe hain, aur Delhi mein ise lead kar rahi hai. ✨

Humein garv hai ki IYRC team ne is launch ko organize karne mein ek sakriya bhumika nibhayi aur har kisi ke liye ise ek yaadgar anubhav banaya. 🤝🙌

Hum is naye safar ke liye bahut grateful hain aur aap sab ke saath samanta aur saaman (equity & respect) ki is raah par aage badhne ke liye taiyar hain! ❤️🌈

Art ek khubsurat madhyam hai badlav lane ka aur samuday se judne ka. Hamari IYRC team ne milkar ek gana likha hai jo hamare grassroots vision ko darshata hai:

🎶 "BADLAV behna dhire dhire aai..."

Ye bol sirf sangeet nahi, balki hamari theory of change hain. Sustainable social impact koi raaton-raat hone wali ghatna nahi hai—ye ek nirantar prakriya hai jo shiksha, samudayik bhagidari aur jagrukta se aati hai.

Hum is geet ke madhyam se youth-led Voice aur community ko celebrate kar rahe hain. ✊

Aap bhi suniye badlav ki ye goonj!

On March 30th, 2026, the IYRC team had the privilege of performing at the FLP Leaders Conclave organized by Azad Foundation India. It was more than just a performance; it was a vibrant exchange of ideas, energy, and leadership.

Highlights of the Engagement:
-Melodies of Change: Through our songs, we addressed the deep-seated nuances of Gender Discrimination, sparking a collective consciousness in the room.

-Forum Theatre on Women in Leadership: We utilized the Theatre of the Oppressed methodology to explore the challenges and triumphs of women in leadership roles.

-Community Interventions: The most inspiring part was the active participation of the audience. Many future leaders stepped onto the stage, offering creative interventions and diverse perspectives. Their insights were a great learning experience for our team as well.

Celebrating Leadership
The energy brought by the IYRC team resonated throughout the hall, reflecting our commitment to grassroots mobilization. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at for inviting us to be part of this beautiful journey.

The Feminist Leadership Programme (FLP) is a phenomenal initiative that nurtures agency and leadership among women. Huge congratulations to all the graduates of this cohort! Your journey as change-makers has just begun, and we are rooting for your success.

Onward and upward!

Gender bhedbhav ke khilaf IYRC team ki ek choti si koshish. Ye gana "Main Jab Jab Padhne Jau" un rukawaton ki baat karta hai jo aaj bhi ladkiyon ko unke sapno se door rakhti hain.

Is gane ko hamari saathi Swati ne bahut hi sundar shabdon mein piroya hai aur poori IYRC Team ne milkar ise gaya hai.

Hum maante hain ki shiksha par sabka barabar haq hai, bina kisi bhedbhav ke. Aap bhi suniye aur bataiye ki hamari ye koshish kaisi lagi! ✨

Gaon ke beech, sadak ke kinaare
aur logon ke beech se hi shuru hoti hai baat 💬

IYRC Theatre Group ke saath hum nukkad natak ke through
social issues par baat kar rahe hain
aise tareeke se jo seedha dil tak jaaye ❤️

🎥 Yeh ek chhoti si jhalakiya hai humare kaam ki

Yeh sirf acting nahi hai
yeh awaaz hai un logon ki jo aksar chup reh jaate hain

Har gaon, har jagah
hum ek nayi kahani lekar ja rahe hain
taaki log soche, samjhein aur badlav ki shuruaat ho ✨

On 15th February, 48 voices came together including teachers, parents, community influencers and young leaders for a meaningful intergenerational dialogue.

This was not just a discussion.
It was a space to listen, reflect and grow together.

As part of the ongoing Beyond Right & Wrong initiative by the vartaLeap Coalition, the session invited us to move beyond assumptions and create a youth centric space rooted in empathy and shared responsibility.

When asked, “Are youth the future?” every hand went up.
When asked, “Are youth also the present?” the room paused.

That silence spoke volumes.

One educator reminded us that teaching goes far beyond textbooks. It includes emotional connection, encouragement and creating space for dialogue.
A parent shared that they had never understood their child’s thinking in such an open way before.

By the end, youth, parents and educators were not debating. They were co creating.

Because youth leadership grows when generations choose to listen.
