The Faculty for Humanitarian Dialogue, Mediators & Arbitrators (FHDMA) is an integral faculty of the International University of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent — University for Humanity.

FHDMA brings together humanitarian dialogue practitioners, professional mediators, arbitrators, facilitators and volunteers committed to promoting peaceful engagement, mutual understanding and constructive dispute resolution.

Members and volunteering staff hold fellowship within the FHDMA Faculty Association and actively contribute to the humanitarian mission of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement.

🌐 OUR GLOBAL ROLE

FHDMA seeks to establish faculty branches in countries where national Blue Cross Societies or Blue Crescent Societies operate, developing an international network of professionals equipped to assist communities and institutions during disputes, humanitarian emergencies and complex crisis situations.
